Had the worst experience ever, wait 30 mins in line for a return to be rejected. This lady snatched my phone from me not even asking if it was ok to grab because I had my receipt for the online order for her not to even scan it. She just said oh no we can’t refund you and then left the register. I was so confused I couldn’t even ask for a manager and I felt so embarrassed just standing there waiting for 5 mins for her to come back but she didn’t. So I just left. So unprofessional. I never had issues returning before and always have my receipts saved.

The line system is too long. Each time, I have been there since the so-called new line system. The wait is to get the cashier is, at least 20 minutes, and that's on a Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm. I can only imagine the weekends what the line is like. The cashier was really nice and sweet, but that line system is horrible!!

When you enter TJ MAXX you will feel that you are truly on "The Runway." Top designer names are highlighted right at the front entrance. Purses, jewelry, dresses and sportswear - all from great names you know and love. Retail is alive and well at TJ MAXX! You are on the runway proper, and properly, when you shop at TJ MAXX. And yes, TJMAXX has changed. It has gotten even better.

High prices. I came to buy a blazer but it was overpriced. The front counter workers and cashiers were very kind and patient but the person who picks up clothes and Christine (manager) were very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me. The person who picks up clothes also was following me and making me uncomfortable. I am a big T.J. Maxx shopper but I never encounter a situation like this. I do not recommend coming here.

I was just in (5/18/2024 @8:30pm) with my sister looking for graduation shoes, when one weird female comes up to us saying "you have to clean up after yourself or you'll get kicked out of the store" mind you we were sitting down trying on two pairs of Sandals which were still with us. If we were rude or throwing shoes I understand but she came to us pretty aggressively without any nice attitude. She was wearing all black, bold eyebrows and pony tail so we didn't buy anything and went to dsw what a disappointment and ugly customer service. Why are you guys hiring rude ugly people ?

My recent visit to TJ Maxx in Oak Brook, Illinois, was truly enjoyable. The store was well-maintained and neatly organized, making it easy to browse through the wide variety of products available. The staff members were friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed without being overbearing. I found some great deals on quality items, and the checkout process was quick and efficient.
