Wonderful selection or products. Seemed fairly busy when we went and we still had someone come check on us and as how we were doing. I did ask a question about finding something, and they led the way to a product but it happened to be... different than what we were looking for. Was able to find the correct product and right size once they left. Overall great experience.

This Ulta is one of the messiest, disorganized, dirty, cluttered mess! I’ve been living in Oak Park, IL for 4yrs and I’ve never seen it in this condition. Shopping here is stressful and gives a low overall experience. I understand Teens have taken over, but management needs to oversee the mess or have workers on the floor to address the issue. I’ve become an unenthused shopper and will go elsewhere. Ulta Corporation needs to come here immediately!!!! This is unacceptable.

One stop place for all makeup and fashion accessories for women.All the top brands of make up are available.They also have a saloon for hair cuts for men and women.There were hardly any men in the store.The store has too many staff asking every few minutes if we need help. I wish they were not as pushy.Items are good quality but expensive.

Some of the white and Hispanic women working at this location have a real issue with black female customers . Luckily Harlee helped me out with choosing the items that I needed . But once I arrived to check out it was 4 white/ Latino female cashiers and all 4 walked off from their registers into a huddle instead of checking me out of the store . A brown skin Hispanic woman peeped this and ended up walking back to the register and checking me out . It suck’s because I love ulta and i frequent this location and spend hundreds of dollars every month . Sadly I won’t be back.

This has nothing to do with the store as they are just following policy— but if you don’t have your receipt to return, be prepared to be offered lowest price that could include what someone paid with rewards. Funny how the rewards part isn’t in their return policy! Don’t be shocked if it’s less than a dollar.

I don't live in this area so this was some off visit for some Christmas presents. The store was clean, staff was busy but still greeted me and checked in. I found what I needed.The parking lot is always crazy in this strip mall.

I got hair color done by Jasmine. She did not deliver what she mentioned.Color result came way darker. Also, hair color faded away within 2 weeks. I trusted Ulta and thought they hire only experts, but nope. They are practicing on our hair. They charge high price but do not deliver quality results.

November 21, 2023 at approximately 12 o’clock I entered the ulta store location in Oakbrook, Illinois. I was in the store for approximately 20 minutes and everywhere I went in the store had two employees follow me on both sides of the aisle. This went on while I had two phone calls, one was on FaceTime, and the person on the other end of the phone also noticed that I was being followed in the store, I was doing my shopping just like anyone else though apparently the color of my skin gave off the impression that I was there under malicious reason. I even asked an associate a question, I already knew the answer to just to give her something to do because they were literally just watching me and moving from aisle to aisle. when I got all of my things and went to the counter, I was met with an overwhelmingly persistent manager, who, despite my complaint with the store and how I was treated, insisted on signing me up for a credit card with the store. When she finally did respond, it was “oh I’m sorry that happened to you” that’s it. It was her only response. I’m pretty sure she was the one who had her employers follow me because she was the first person I saw at the door she didn’t even greet me. I greeted her, and as a person of a different racial background walked in her approach to them, was completely different than her approach to mine. The customer service bar for people who look like me, who come in and shop just like everyone else, is set in hell. Im actually upset I continued with the transaction but at least I have proof of my transaction and who it was with so when I escalate this further, there wont be any questions.

The employee at the men’s cologne area was helpful. She was helpful in me finding scents that I would like.I forget her name but she was helpful and the prices were alright.
