Just wanted to thank John for his excellent customer service. We couldn't find the store in the mall and had to call the store to find it. His directions to get there were very helpful and we were greeted with a helpful smile. We were first time customers and were in to exchange a gift. John spent a lot of time with us looking for the right thing. My husband sometimes has a hard time finding well-fitting clothes and so John's patience was much appreciated. He had a positive and welcoming disposition was refreshing (especially the day before Christmas!)Thanks, John!

Bare basics for a brick & mortar store. Purchased a shirt, had to be delivered because my size was not in stock. 2 people working on a Sunday, the woman was new but helpful, the guy seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else.

Always loved their clothes!! This store is amazing! So very helpful and incredibly polite. People who care and that’s saying a lot in this climate with bad service everywhere! Thank you for excellent service every time I come in! Truly a pleasure!

Textbook example of customer service! You have a customer for life.I had a $100 holiday gift card that my employer gave me and I tried to use it at Untuckit online over Christmas 2021. It didn't work so I contacted the Oak Brook store and that's where the magic happened.Katherine Malley helped me. I checked the GC balance today and there's $100. I've always been an Untuckit fan and NOW I'm a superfan!!! And, that deserves three exclamation points!She provided THE greatest textbook example of customer service and her professionalism, courtesy and follow through are AMAZING! The Oak Brook store and corporate HQ need to know about it. What she did best is to listen to understand and execute and those traits will serve her well as she progresses in her career. That's what any employer wants/needs.The type of customer service is at luxury brand, stratospheric levels.And, thank you for being a great human! You have a customer for life!

The item I wished to purchase was not available online. I called the Oakbrook store and spoke with the Manager, Aaron. He located my item in an East coast store, handled the transaction and arranged for expedited shipping. All in the blink of an eye. My many thanks to Aaron for all the help.
