This internet service is a service my apartment complex decided to sign a contract with and force all the residents to get it in order to stay over here and for $65 a month for 3 YEARS I been paying and I must say this is one of the worse internet providers EVER !!!!! yesterday I called because my internet service went offline I called tech support to see if it was outage in my area this lady started updating my information in the system because the internet service was still in someone else name of whoever had the modem before me for this apartment and she told me she was connecting me to sales I said “why are you connecting me to sales I just wanted to know if it was an outage in my area”, she said “oh I forgot …yes there is an outage.” I said “oh okay so why are you connecting me to sales”?, she said “so they can finish updating my account information”.I get over to sales and this man talking about he was confused on to why she transferred me I said “I AM TOO” I just wanted to know if I had an outage in my area because my internet have not been working for the pass 3 hours he kept being rude and interrupting me asking me if I was ready to get set up with internet service and I said HUH!? I said I’m already set up ….I have internet through my apartment complex so I’m confused on to why she transferred me to sales in the first place, I’m just trying to see why my internet service is offline and he finally confirmed once again that it was an outage and they didn’t have an ETA on when it would be back on. Here we are at 2 am and I’m trying to put into the password from the internet box into my tvs and phone and it keeps saying INCORRECT PASSWORD and this is a password I been using for 3 years so now I know by her “updating my account” she disconnected my internet service !!!! It is now 2:59 am and the hours of operation says 24 hours and no one is answering I been on hold for over an hour and I have work at 8 am and need my internet service back tf on !!!!!!

The absolute worst ISP I have ever encountered in my entire life:- Absolutely horrible internet uptime and connectivity. Spotty service, unexplained downtime- The worst customer service I've ever experienced- They charge you so many hidden fees, for hardware that is not functional, and many years oldThis company is absolutely toeing the line of gross negligence and they are totally incompetent.If you value human decency and your personal mental health, do not be a customer of Upstream Network. Get your own hardware if you want better service.Really considering leading the effort to file a class action.

I couldn’t connect to my internet for about 2 months. I requested for someone to come check it out and he did, but he didn’t know how to solve the issue. Then he said he would stop by again and then kept canceling and just never showed up. It took so long I eventually moved and switched providers.

Poor internet and impossible to get support. Internet goes out all the time. No one answers the 24hr phone number. The live chat is actually just a contact form that never gets answered. They were recently acquired by Single Digits but their customer service team doesn't have access to any prior upstream customer accounts. It's all kinds of bad and inconvenient.

This is a group of better than average technical employees being led by terrible management who have designed and executed a ridiculous systems approach we as customers and they as technical people have to live with. Note to potential customers (you hear me condos), stay away, you are not doing your residents any favors.

Worst internet provider ever. Even worse than Breezeline. Our internet has been out for almost 24 hours. No 24 hour support. No one answers the phone over night. Their chat function on the website doesn’t work, and all the person on the phone said this morning was, “sorry. We’ll send a technician out when we have one available.” Completely unprofessional company. Avoid at all costs. Go with anyone else.

If at all possible avoid this company (which is just the rebrand of access media 3) like the plague. There are frequent multiple day outages (several a year lasting around a week each time). Their customer service is also quite terrible. I would frequently call to try and get updates on service outages. The customer service representatives would tell me things like I was set up for outage updates or that my bill would automatically be readjusted to reflect those outages. No updates or changes to my bill ever occurred. The most recent time I called they changed their customer service options, so all their options (or at least all the ones I tried) lead to an automated message unless you want to upgrade your service.This company operates by getting exclusive contracts with apartment complexes. They have zero incentive to provide good service because they are the only option in these places. If you're looking at an apartment with upstream as your only ISP option, I would strongly advise finding an apartment elsewhere.

I got transferred to a line that was not in service over 7 times. I kept explaining that the line is out of service but they were absolutely no help. I started calling at 8 am when they opened and didnt get any answers until I called agin the next morning 3 times. & I wanted to speak go a manager but “none are available”. ??

The worst internet I ever had. Internet goes out regularly. Very unreliable, unresponsive and all the bad things that an internet can throw at you happens with this internet. Have to call at least twice a month for internet outage and they take days sometimes just to restore the internet.

I wish I could give a zero but 1 was lowest option. Horrible service and communication. I will be contacting the BBB
