I had a minor issue with a caliper that came up outside of the warranty, and they still took care of it for me. While I was bringing the Jeep in, my check engine light came on and it turned out I had a spark plug misfiring. They took care of that as well. When I bought the Jeep, they told me they stand behind the vehicles they sell, and they absolutely proved that to be true. A lot of places are great until the paperwork is signed, so I really appreciated that they continued to take care of me afterward. Hopefully I won’t need to buy another vehicle anytime soon, but when I do, I would absolutely do business with Ramy and Mohamed again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle and a dealership that actually stands behind what they sell.”
