My daughter and I went for exams and glasses. Steven in the store was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable about what the store had to meet our needs. Jordan, the optometrist, was very friendly and thorough throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed or pressured while we were there. Overall it was a great experience.

Honestly, a little disappointed with my last two visits. Never had issues in the past but this year I went in to buy frames (I had already picked out) and get one pair of said frames adjusted when they arrived crooked. On both occasions I interacted with people working there who just kind of made me feel like I was a nuisance to their day.Today to get the adjustment, after three times of handing them back and forth it just became obvious to me that he actually didn’t care to figure out how they were bent. So I just left, hoping that they’d be clearer after I adjusted and cleaned his fingerprints off the lenses. My glasses are still crooked and unwearable. Once I got home and looked it was actually pretty obvious to me how bent they were. So, I guess I’ll see if another location can help me out, but after these stops leaving me feeling this crummy and being an inconvenience to them I don’t think I’ll be stopping at this location anymore.

Sergio Delgado is the most helpful, kind, funny, and just a wonderful all around customer advisor at Warby Parker. Not only does he have a brilliant eye for what looks best on your face, but he's considerate, encouraging, and really makes you feel taken care of. He has picked 3 pairs of glasses and sunglasses for me now, and I'll choose his opinion every time! Thanks Sergio and Merry Christmas :)

The whole eyeglass industry was in need of disruption, for those of you who aren't aware of it's history, Warby Parker is like the "Uber" 0r "Lyft" of the eyeglass industry some people who know me, know I was part of the orthodontic industry DTC disruption so I wanted to try this.I HATED the process of getting eyeglasses, but as I get older, I need computers for reading, driving and progressives for when I need both. That being said, it is a very expensive product with crazy markups. Insurance barely covers it (and if you need multiple pairs of glasses in both clear and sun it is insane!) Did you know that Luxottica owns 70%+ of the frames in your average eyeglass store? That's why prices are so high- because there's minimal competition, until now. Warby makes it's own glasses and they've streamlined the process to reduce overhead and office visits.I had been procrastinating my annual visit for a long time, just because of the cost- I always liked the "idea" of Warby (I tried Zenni, the original disruptor, about 8 years ago and it was a failure). This morning I realized I couldn't read my cell phone even WITH my glasses. $%&*- I knew I had to go to the OD for an exam and new glassses and I was bummed! I don't even live here, but I noticed that this mall had a flagship store where you could also get eye exams. I scheduled it and was able to get a convenient appointment for both myself and my son. The doc ran ontime/early. The exam was SO much more efficient than the ones I've had at lenscrafters, although they didn't do the glaucoma test with the puff of air (I just noticed that) or dilate the eyes. Not a problem for me, but as a health care provider, I recognize that this might not be the best place for people with underlying medical conditions (eg- diabetes)- I'd go to a "regular" OD.Since I had "virtually" tried on the glasses at home, I had my glasses picked out within minutes. There were a lot of team members on staff and they were willing to help you find the right glasses for your face.Of the 4 team members there, one was absolutely exceptional, sorry I forgot his name- he picked the PERFECT glasses for my face and skin tone and style and same for my son!I also like that they don't upsell you on scratch resistance or polarized. It's "all included" except blue filter which was $50 extra but I only put that on my readers. You get 15% off if you buy more than one pair and shipping is included.Cases are extra (that is an upsell) but they had some cool cases. Remember this is "white label" glasses disruption so when you pay for brand name glasses you are also paying for the fancy case too.My total cost was about $1000This included:2 sets of eye exams4 pairs of glasses2 readers with blue tintone distance1 polarized progressive sunglassesand 2 casesInsurance doesn't cover but you can self-propagate your own claim if you have it- mine is junk anywaysI have purchased this many glasses at Lenscrafters and WITH insurance and coupons this would have easily been 2k, not 1K.Glasses will ship to me in a week or so. I'll update this review if there is a problem. Otherwise assume it went well!
