I wish i got the name of the woman who helped me. She was super kind and took the time to explain the store layout as it was my first time in. Very welcoming atmosphere. :)

If I could give zero stats I would. I tried returning my item that I bought at their location within the 30 day return policy. The employee decides to tell me thst they do not take returns on items used. I said thats not what your store policy says. I called William Sonoma customer service and the person I spoke to said I am correct and I should be able to return the item. Customer service calls the manager at this location and they told him to tell me to come back to come to an agreement on my options. Sketchy and unprofessional. Never will I purchase anything from here again. They get to pick and choose who can return items.

The store is just beautiful!!!!! The lighting is so bright, exactly what you need!!! It is very well organized and I love the cromatic design!
The ladies that are working here are extremely kind and super helpful!
They are never pushy or anything like that but they are always willing to help, which I truly appreciate!!!
I always go there for retail therapy and I end up with a lot of things that I need in my house that make my heart so happy!

I want to recognize Kathryn at Williams Sonoma in Oakbrook, IL, the sales manager at Williams Sonoma, for providing truly outstanding service—unlike anything I’ve experienced before. She took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and went above and beyond to make sure my coffee machine was working properly. It’s rare to find someone like Kathryn who genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. Exceptional service!

I had a fantastic experience at Williams Sonoma thanks to Jadranka! She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while showing me the different coffee machines. She took the time to explain the features of each one and helped me figure out which machine would best fit my needs. Her friendly and professional attitude made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
If you're looking for someone who truly knows their stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers, ask for Jadranka!

I have been here a few times, and the customer service has always been pleasant. I love the variety of coffee machines and kitchen items they have. The store allows you to test coffee machines before purchasing, which is excellent, especially when you plan to buy an expensive one.

The best pancake mix called “flappin Jack. The red container. I try all the other kinds and nothing compares to the red container flappin jack one. The chocolate candy from Belgium and Germany are excellent. They usually have these and clear wrap around the holidays for Valentine’s Day and Easter.

Great help from Ann! I was shopping for knives for a Christmas gift and Ann helped me out so much! I am an idiot when it comes to kitchen stuff and she asked the perfect (dumbed down for me lol) questions to find a great gift!

TLDR: Employees here will show you an item on sale in store, convince you to order it through them for free shipping, and then will try to charge you full price without telling you the total.
Details: Came in yesterday to buy a bread knife and found one on sale that I planned to buy. Employee 1 told me it was out of stock but they could order it for me online. I told them I could do it myself since the line was long and she insisted that I make it in store since they “compete against the warehouse for sales”. I agreed and she gave me a piece of paper with the item number on it. I made it up to the register and was then asked for all my information for the order by Employee 2.
At the VERY END of the transaction I remembered she had told me the shipping date but not the price. I reminded her of this and asked “Can you confirm the final total before we place the order?” She informed me it was $120- which was $80 more than the sale price. I told her that I was hoping to purchase the one on sale for $40 that I saw on their shelf. She told me “Well I’m not seeing it on sale” I told her that I would show her the sale price and we could talk to Employee 1 that told me it was on sale. She walked to the knife department and promptly said “well I’m not sure there’s anything we can do about that” when she saw I was right. She then turned around and walked away from us without addressing us while talking in her walkee. My partner and I were baffled at how rude or thoughtless she was being. We followed her back to the register area (not sure if we were supposed to) and stood off to the side while she chatted with a few employees. She finally addressed us and said “We aren’t able to adjust online prices. We don’t price match.” And while I find it absolutely absurd that they wouldn’t price match their own price (??), I just wanted to leave because I felt like this was just a waste of time at this point and it felt very scammy that they were trying to get me to order this full priced. I told her fine and that I was fine without it. I reminded her that she still had all of my order information saved and open on the computer (including my credit card number) and I wanted her to delete it. We had to wait for another employee to finish their transaction on it (even though their were 3 other registers open) and then Employee 2 finally confirmed that she deleted the order.
There was 0 apology or acknowledgment that she had nearly charged me 3x what I intended to spend if I had not done her job and asked her what my total was. She was incredibly rude during the whole interaction and i find this policy of not matching their own price really questionable (especially wondering how much they need sales to “compete against the warehouse”). This whole interaction was felt slimy and I certainly won’t be returning to this location.

Bright, organized, well lit, and full of everything involving kitchens. Stainless steel cookware, ceramic cookware, utensils galore. Holiday mugs. The had a cute Día de los Muertos tea set and a variety of ethnic Santa mugs, and Halloween mugs too. Staff was friendly and welcoming as well. Cathy and Veronica were very helpful.

WS will not post my review of the All-Clad roasting pan I purchased from them. So I'm posting it here.
"Bonded, Engineered, and Assembled in the USA."
It would be great if it were more than just "assembled in the US." I was under the impression that this product was an all-American-made pan. The sticker on the rack says, "Made in China." The pan itself says, "Bonded, Engineered, and Assembled in the USA." I paid a premium for this pan and would have been willing to pay more to know that this was a high-quality product (totally) Made in the US. Tell me, All-Clad and WIlliams-Sonoma, you can't find high-quality steel in the US?! Lesson learned: I will read the Dimensions and More tab more carefully and see that it only states, "Bonded, Engineered, and Assembled in the USA."
