When did they stop honoring deals in the app???? I showed the cashier the offer code in the app & he did an override to charge me the in-store price. I pointed it out to him & he said it doesn't matter. I asked what's the purpose of the app & he said it's just for points. I walked out & left my stuff on the counter & I can find another location to hop at because you're not gonna be an asshole to me. Try someone else!

The sign outside says we are open, late to early hours too, but the door is locked and the lights are off. I purposely came to this location three separate times over the past week and each time the store was closed even though it says it’s 24 hours..

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered an uber eats order with 10 items and I only got 2 items in my delivery. Completely unacceptable.

So what time does this place close? I’ve been there at 12:30 am and they are closed been there at 1:50 am and there open. Last 2 one at 1:35 am and today at 1:46 am and they were closed. No sign saying closed just a sign for delivery drivers to call. When the store was owned by corporate I never had a problem.

This store sucks soo much now. Just last night they were closed with only a note for delivery nothing else. And there is a guy that is literally always on his cell phone talking through his ear bud! This store has no shame!

Mikes the best at night. Store has only what is required but that's all you need over there. The store is clean even if the floor looks bad, it's just old White Hen floor from 30 yrs ago. If I had money I would franchise it

Horrible team lead and management sucks
Security system failed and caused me to have severe anxiety and I’ll never be able to work for a gas station again
Store has bugs and smells very dirty! And expired food on shelves days after it passed!

Ok. I posted about the tri state seven eleven in South Holland some time ago and gave 5 stars. Today(11/5/23) is totally different. 1) The associate behind the counter (10:10 am) has a serious hygiene problem. His body odor dominated the whole store. 2) The bathroom smelled horrible. No air fresheners, nothing. This was not due to human waste. This was something else. 3) Same associate was caught picking his nose in front of a customer and proceeded to give the customer a bag with the same hand he picked his nose with. The customer was adamant that he recieve a different bag with him using his other hand. Associate did not comply and had to be told twice to submit a different bag using his other hand. I was repulsed with this experience. If this continues I doubt that I'd come back. ADDRESS THE HYGIENE AND BATHROOM ISSUES!!!!!!

The 7-Eleven at 4901 W 159th St in Oak Forest is the worst business to come across. I got cursed out for having a service dog and told to get the F___ out! There were more awful words spoken. She is RUDE and has an ANGER ? PROBLEM.
