“Jewel food store was ment for this review. They are next to each other. Currently remodeling. Putting in new freezers. Store is rearranging shelves. Locals having problems finding purchases. Hopefully will have this issue solved soon.”

“I visited this location on 22DEC22. The 5 stars for this review are relagated to the associate Nieve. I came into the store stressed and confused looking for an extension cord that likely doesn't exist. I requested for Nieve to help me find it, and they helped me as best they were able. They walk with me to were they sold cords with negative results. They then walked to a computer and put in the specifications for my extension cord, but they didn't sell anything like the one I was looking for. They even attempted to see if they had the snowblower in stock I needed to see if they could better figure out what kind of cord I needed. However, we weren't able to find any pictures to help figure out what cord I needed. Nieve thought it strange by the way I was describing it. However, they were respectful dealing with my later realized error and educated me in a non-condescending way and informed me why the item I was mistakenly looking for likely was wrong. Nieve went over and beyond and deserves recognition for their work ethic, kindness, and knowledgeability. They even gave me the right cord I needed before I left!”
“Nate provided excellent customer service in the yard helping us locate our plywood for our roof. He had a lot of demand from multiple customers and even other workers in the yard and was helping us all out while keeping a great attitude. Nicole at the service desk also gave great customer service and had a big smile on her face for all of the customers she was helping. Thank you both so much!”

“I was left in limbo with what to do with my washer as it had locked up on me leaving me to do laundry at the local laundromat until I could get someone out to check the unit. Unfortunately, they were not able to get parts for 6-8 weeks, maybe, and having a new unit delivered was not available until after the 4th of July. Yikes!I then decided to go back to Harry Miller for a new washer and dryer based on my previous shopping experience with them.I was greeted by Sharon and she informed me of the Speed Queens. I was impressed with the made in America as well as the parts and labor warranty. That spoke volumes over what I just experienced with my Maytag Bravos XL, which were only 6 years old! I was concerned as I was currently looking at potentially a week or two on delivery. That was not the case. The items were in stock and ready to be delivered by Wednesday, keep in mind this was Friday when I went to the store and they were able to deliver them the following Wednesday. Thank goodness!The store had called me with a window of when I should expect the delivery the day before my delivery on Wednesday. The team of 3 showed up, hauling my old units away and set up the new ones with instructions on utilization. They were so polite and very professional. After the team had left, I decided to do a load of laundry that was previously done with my Maytag Bravos XL. I had to lift the lid to check the water as it was washing my clothes. The water was slightly cloudy telling me that my Maytag Bravos XL was not cleaning my clothes! Unbelievable!I have noticed a decline in customer service since the Covid pandemic, but not with Harry Miller!Thanks to Sharon @ Harry Miller, I now have a new washer and dryer that actually cleans my laundry.Thank you so much!”

“I called last minute to reschedule my delivery for a large item due to prior engagement. The man I spoke with on the phone was so nice and was able to reach out to the driver quickly for me. The driver called me within minutes and delivered my item so that I did not have to reschedule for another day!”
“The employees are always welcoming and friendly with wonderful advice/tips. I'm doing a few DIY projects this year and some things will be contracted out, but regardless as to who is doing the work. The Home Depot on 87th should be your first stop. The paint and paint supplies as well as the peel and stick are all from Home Depot.”
“The sighnage was non existent. After going to the wrong door the neighbors directed me to the correct spot that was locked. Had to call a number that didn't answer lucky they did call me back quickly. Polite they directed me to a dock got my paperwork and unloaded me quickly. Most of this location has lots of space to navigate but this shop is on the corner and it's difficult to get in. The neighboring truck was acomidateing and made more space for me. So good cowaporatin but sighnage would definitely improve the situation for a smoother proses.”
“In November 2023 I had a pest issue with a household plant, my immediate search in the area that showcased the indoor plants did not address my concern, however, I met up with Chris who located an entire section of shelved pesticides and recommended the most effective brand for My Need!!! I had a lovely conversation with Chris, who also shares my passion and loves indoor plants & exchanged some best practices :D Thanks Chris I'll let you know how it works out!!”
“A SUPERSTAR TOOL LADY SAVES THE DAY!! I gave a 4-Star, Only Because the location needs move visible and available staff. I visited the Matteson, IL Home Depot, because I heard that they were having a Buy One and Get One or Two... Upon arrival the details of the sale and supply was kinda confusing, so after hunting down three (3) staff members, I was finally connected with a worker, who was not totally aware of the tool sale and how it applied... and Then that's when Bernadette appeared, 'a LIVE Support Desk Rep' :) She was very thorough, truly knowledgeable and informed us of the brands, applicable sales details, as well the proper accessories for each choice tool... Bernadette's informative input helped me to make the Best Decision in my purchase and Now, I feel More Confident in completing my Home's DIY (with all these tools I may start my own Youtube Channel,,, Stay Tuned!!)PS: A loving Shout Out to the gentleman customer who was able to confirm various accessories best fitted for my purchase!! “I've been fixing up my parent's yard (fencing, flowers and pots,love seat,etc.) and had to buy yard tools, building tools, paint, etc. I probably spent around 2 grand already. Some stuff I ordered online and shipped to the store and some I bought at the store. Stuff I had to order came in when promised and was just what I needed. If I shopped in the store it was easy to find help, whether getting my wood cut or looking for an item. All the employees, whether it be at the order desk or cash register were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lupe at the pro desk and Betty the cashier (sorry, don't remember other names, but they were all great). I really like doing business at that store and will continue to do so in the future.”
“I had gone to Home Depot to pick up materials for my basement renovation. I was fortunate enough to get Misheka Hutchins to assist me. She was very knowledgeable. She suggested two things that I would need to complete the shower bed. She reviewed my entire list with me and answered all my questions. Misheka gave such excellent service to me that when I had to go back for more supplies needed by the contractor I willing to wait until she returned from vacation. She definitely made me feel like a valued customer and made Home Depot look like the place to go to. This incredible young men name Bret provided me with outstanding service. He helped me pair and match tiles to a sample I provided. He also made several calls to different stores in search of a tiles. Bret was also honest when he did not think a tile would match. It has been a long time since I have received this kind of service. I just like to acknowledge a job well done.”
