“I HIGHLY recommend Steve and his crew at Vehicle Masters. They truly live up to their name. I had been dealing with an issue with my Jeep for 18 months that no other mechanic I took it to could figure out. Steve was my 4th opinion. When I arrived for my appointment he went for a test drive with me himself-not one of his techs, the owner himself came on the test drive with me. Then, he and his crew spent almost 2 hours diagnosing my issue with expertise. Even after some unforseen issues, Steve had my car repaired within days-after 18 months of dealing with this issue. I won't take my car to anyone but him from now on. Most women know how gruff and dismissive mechanics can be, this is not the case at all with anyone at Vehicle Masters. They took my problem very seriously and went about fixing it in a dedicated way for a fair price. Please IGNORE any negative reviews you see for Vehicle Masters--they are not deserved at all and some people are simply dramatic lunatics. Thanks for finally fixing my issue, Steve and Co., I appreciate you!”
“Great experience with new manager in Oak Forest. Young man immediately pointed out that my problem may not have been my battery which I wanted replaced. He had his mechanic check and it was the Altenator that needed replacement. I can think of several places that would have replaced my battery and I would have to replace the alternator at a later date. He was very courteous and I will continue getting service as well as recommending Milex to my friends.”

“This was the best car buying experience EVER! I did my application online the day prior to going to the dealership. I knew exactly what car I wanted which was a 2022 Ford Edge. Chuck called me with numbers and asked when could I come in. A little concerned about my credit I was hesitant to saying yes but I went in the next day. When my family and I pulled up the vehicle was out front waiting for a test drive. I handed over my drivers license and took it for a spin. I was in looovvveeee. I provided all required documents through email which made it even easier. I was in and out in less than 2 hours!!! I worked with Dominic and Chuck…great guys! Great cars! Great environment! Great buying experience. I highly recommend 1,000x over!

“Warrens has been great. My car was towed there after an accident and he was very understanding and patient with me. He walked me through what I needed from my insurance/police. I had an issue with the salvage yard that picked up my car and he was more than happy to help me with whatever I needed from him. Overall great customer service!”

“Gerber was great. I was able to get my car in right away. They took the time to explain next steps. The offered to help me rent a loaner while work was being completed. They finished way ahead of the scheduled time. I appreciate their transparancy when they did the inspection before the release of the car and found an issue that needed to be fixed. Gerber Collision in Oak Forest also stayed open a little past their closing time, long enough to allow me to grab my car when it was complete- that is customer service!”
