Spark by Hilton Oak Forest I-57 is a new hotel that opened in late June 2025. The hotel is clean and fresh, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere at night. Many guests found it to be a great value for the price, noting its convenient location near the highway. The customer service and front desk staff receive consistent praise for being extremely kind, helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. As a very new property, it is still experiencing some opening issues. These have included an unavailable pool, no gym, and a breakfast that is limited to items like bagels, cereal, and juice. Some guests encountered maintenance problems such as malfunctioning room doors, a broken toilet, out-of-service ice machines, and a water refill station with a broken sensor. The hallways were noted to sometimes smell like weed. Despite these growing pains, many visitors state they would stay again, especially for a short stay, and would recommend the hotel.
The front desk was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire weekend. Would 100% come back.

I had an amazing experience. Front desk staff was very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about everything. Room was very organized and clean. The location is a plus too it’s a little hidden for those that want to be more private.
