“Amazing service, Great communicators and very personable. My car had significant damage to the front and rear end. Not only did they fix it but made it look as if nothing had happened.
On a more personal note. My accident was pretty mentally traumatizing. Being that is happened on the express and involved a delivery truck. As can imagine I was pretty shook up. But, I cannot say enough about Ryan. She was patient and very informative. Joked with me and I could tell really cared about my ordeal. Every week I called in she never seemed annoyed and made me feel my car was at the right place with the right people. Bob also was equally conversational when I picked up my car. As well as, passed along the rest assurance that if anything came up and it was from the accident to just let them know.
Anyone with a Hyundai and in need of body work services. See this team. Not only are they certified with Hyundai but their service was impeccable.

Always had a feeling of having your guard up going into any auto shop and the stress it can bring. However, Enzenberger and Mitchell had so much patience with my father and I. The level of ease that they gave me was very reassuring. They took their time explaining the insurance process, which was very relieving & the turnover on how quickly my car was fixed was awesome! “This place is Most Definitely as good as the best reviews are saying! I dealt with Pat several times recently. The most recent was some problems with my Driver's Side window on my Toyota Camry. Pat took the door panel off and checked it. Didn't find anything broken, but lubed inside and tightened some screws. It does work better. No Charge!! “I had a last minute tire repair needed last Friday, when everyone was out for Black Friday specials. I walked in to the Crestwood store without an appt and was welcomed and taken great care of by John Perry and Jason Hall. This was a no cost service, but they made feel just as appreciated as if I was buying 4 new tires. Will definitely be back when I need tires and will refer others.”

“Gerber was great. I was able to get my car in right away. They took the time to explain next steps. The offered to help me rent a loaner while work was being completed. They finished way ahead of the scheduled time. I appreciate their transparancy when they did the inspection before the release of the car and found an issue that needed to be fixed. Gerber Collision in Oak Forest also stayed open a little past their closing time, long enough to allow me to grab my car when it was complete- that is customer service!”
