If I could give it negative stars I would. Parents refinanced their house here and asked for a fixed interest rate. The banker Gloria Jaime did not make it fixed and now they have to pay hundreds in interest every month. Unprofessional, didn’t take ownership of mistakes and uncaring about their customers.

The drive thru is the slowest experience ever.They have 1 person working the inside and drive thru. Absolutely pathetic!

My Father and I had made countless visits to two other 5/3 branches to resolve a simple issue of why he couldn't see his own account on his phone. Went to Oak Forest branch, Gloria Jaime resolved issue in less than 30 minutes.

I had went down to the bank to deposit a check and had a terrible experience with the teller. She's a much older lady. I didnt get her name. But she wasnt professional at all. And seemed kind of judgemental to say the least. She said my balance out loud while there were people in line behind me, which I've never had happen to me before. Although she was just inquiring which account to deposit the check, she was just wasnt providing a pleasant experience. It was a very simple transaction overall.So I left not understanding what the purpose of that interaction was. 1 star!!

Fairly enough space to move around the lot. Drive thru is no problem here. No lines , enough lines or faster employees. A go to stop here. Thank you.
