This is the only Jiffy Lube I come to. The staff is professional, courteous, and respectful. They are knowledgeable and get the job done quick! During my last visit, I was sad to find out that they no longer provide complimentary top-offs. I guess economy is getting to everybody.

They have lost a customer today. I am usually not one to complain about anything, but my most recent experience has me troubled. I have been coming to this branch of jiffy lube for around 4 years now servicing two separate vehicles, and of course, a certain lesser quality is to be expected from the results of a place of this caliber and reputation. The last time I came for an oil change here, a half hour after I left I heard something scraping along the ground as I was driving. My skid plate that covers the needed access area below my engine was missing screws and was altogether damaged. I am a mechanically inclined guy so I removed it and chalked it up to inexperienced techs and not the end of the world. A new plate was cheap so I ended up buying it, but was too lazy to put it back on myself.
I needed another oil change so I decided that I'll bring that new plate with me so that they could put it on after the oil change, something that they would have to remove and reinstall anyway during normal circumstances. They said they would, but I found out when they were explaining my charges that they charged me $10. I explained my logic to them and the gentleman at the register said that he told his manager that, and the answer didn't change. I'm not a cheap guy so $10 does not hurt me, but I am a man of principals. I decided it wasn't worth arguing over so I paid it and grumbled on my way out, but was again not going to write them off. What finally sealed the deal was when I got home and looked at the skid plate, it was again missing screws and was not hooked to the plastic hooks that would cling to the plate. I provided new hardware with the new plate, and I definitely expressedy frustration with the poor installation last time. I reinstalled it myself already and am officially through giving them chances. Sticking to 2 stars just because they were friendly and the oil change was done correctly (for now).

This Jiffy Lube is awesome.
The manager is very nice and professional, and the employees are trained to do the same.
The manager lets you know about any other issues and explains the details without trying to force you to buy any extra services on the spot.
Highly recommend!!

My wife went to get a regular oil change on her bmw. Upon leaving after oil change was completed, she noticed her car began to run really rough and started make a loud screeching sound. She immediately went back to jiffy lube and was instantly met with hostility as if she had broken her own car. I went to the jiffy lube to assist my wife and was met with the same attitude. I'm car literate so I know the workers there did something wrong and tried to cover their tracks. I'm advising people to stay clear of that jiffy lube. They are hurting for business as it is slow at that particular location. They are making more work by savataging your car so they can stay busy and make more money off their customers. Therefore I'm leaving a negative 10 as my review. Next I will be talking to their corporate office so this has to stop.
