I have been going to this branch for about 6 yrs and have never had any issues the ladies here are always so nice and professional. Even when I go thru the drive thru they give my daughter lollipops and candy!!! I was in there today and Gloria helped me open up a new account she was awesome and so helpful!! I also want to thank Camarra for helping me and Gloria figure out where to go to give this review!! THANKS LADIES FOR ALL YOU DO AND FOR DEALING WITH ALL THE UNKIND PEOPLE THAT ARE MAD AT WORLD HAHAHAHA!

If I could give this establishment a FAT ZERO I would. I opened an account here on a Thursday and closed it the next day on Friday @ 5:30pm, why? because I was given misinformation at the initial meeting by not only the inexperienced young lady who helped me open the account, but a “mngr” (blonde, glasses, deep voice) as well. Upon me walking in I was greeted with smiles and told someone will be right with you. Before we got started I specifically said to the both of them “ So I’m not wasting my time or yours, what all do I need to open this account?” They both replied, “ Oh, just your Drivers license” I said Ok! I handed over my DL and within 40 minutes we were done. I had opened an account with Marquette Bank and was Happy! Well, on Friday morning I received a phone call from the young lady who opened my account on Thursday asking me to bring my SS Card in into the bank. Immediately I asked, why? Is everything ok?” She says yea, we just need it because the Apt number on your DL isn’t in the computer.”
I then proceeded to further question why wasn’t this told to me yesterday when I specifically asked you & your manager this?”
Bring in my social security card because my apartment number isn’t in the computer? Why not a piece of mail or utility bill? Totally peculiar. So after several unnecessary back and forth, I informed them that I truly do not believe in wasting my time, and I will be up there to Close my account before the end of the business day. I simply cannot & will not do business with an establishment that says one thing to their customers, then turn around and say/ do another! This entire situation could have been avoided if only they were totally transparent with how they do business, and by the way, when I returned that Friday evening to close the account, NO ONE greeted or acknowledged my existence. I literally had to walk up to the Mngr Gloria’s cubicle and let her know what I was there for, even after signing the clip board. My advice to those reading this, please take your hard earned money elsewhere because this place is not trustworthy at all!!!

The atms are broken all the time and they have two charges every time you use an atm that isn’t theirs, not to mention if you want to take out large sums of money they give you a hastle every time, this bank sucks.
It’s been over a month and they still haven’t fixed their atms, the online app fails to connect to server more than one would think. A joke of a company

Customer services for long time customers (10+years) leaves very little to be desired especially since they’re handling your money. Moving to this bank has been such a hassle and it’s sad because I’ve been with them for so long.

Not helpful. I help my senior mom with her finances. Her debit card was frozen by the bank and her bills and telephone are now not able to be paid. Now she has no phone and no food. Thanks Marquette.
