When I read the reviews for this place, I thought they were over exaggerating about the owner attitude. This guy is a jerk, he had a terrible attitude and had me tow my car to him. Just to tell me he doesn't have any time to get to my car and to tow it away..

Absolutely love this shop! No secret charges!! Owner's a cubs fan even though the shops on the South side ( Go Sox!), which is fine. Haha ? I have brought in my Chevy spark. To have my transmission replaced as well as my vehicle serviced for other necessitie. I trust Brad and his team to fix the issue in. Resolve anything, only your vehicle.

I brought my van in there about a month ago. They told me it was the alternator and charged me $50 to diagnose. Not satisfied, I went to Firestone and was charged $25 to learn it was not the alternator.
