Bought front and rear brake pads. Of course I find out the fronts were the wrong part with the car apart. Put it back together, go to the store. They claim they don't have the pads that I just checked were in stock online, so I had to upgrade to the more expensive part. Did not got any sort of apology for the mistake.....tried to keep business in town, but back over to AutoZone next time.

Roberto was TOP TIER when it came to replacing my headlight bulbs & provided the best customer service. I initially went to the 4719 South Cottage Grove location and was told to find someone to install. And I also found out they sold me the wrong bulbs. Which is annoying; I was expecting them to sell the correct bulbs & to replace them. So I came to the Oak Forest Location and Roberto replaced with the correct bulbs & did it in 10min! A LIFESAVER! Truly Grateful!

Don’t call and say your in way for a battery in 5 minutes then get there so you don’t have to drive all over to hear oh my boss just sold it. My cards now cut up Autozone it is !!!

I stopped in to get some power steering wheel fluid. I had no idea what I was doing. Roberto hooked me up and even helped me add it to my vehicle. My car was so happy with the new fluid. It drove great. Thank you!

Sales associate was very rude and down right nasty! It makes me wonder what were the lies this female said in order to get hired. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.
