Strange person at the cashier, very bad attitude, when you get a product and you change your mind he tells you to put it back , and make you feel like your a trash. when you leave he great you Marry Christmas, does the company don’t have employees anymore that respect customers

This place sucks! Besides the horrible customer service, The pumps never work correctly.The debit card reader was messed up or something, So the screen just stayed blank for about a minute and then finally canceled the sale on its own.Twice now, on 2 separate occasions, I have lost my 20 cents a gallon in Fuel rewards because of this. Almost feels like they do it on purpose. I am so livid! Also, their sanitizer pumps are never filled…why even have them!

Really did not appreciate The sign in the door at around 3 o’clock saying sorry for the inconvenience. Be back in five minutes when there is two cars parked outside somebody should be behind the counter at all times not both of them taking a break at the same time. What if I actually needed something or needed to go inside to pay for gas because All I could do is cash unacceptable

Horrible customer service !!!! Will not be back ever !!!! Employee screamed at me twice , once because I started to walk away from the register and she didn’t realize I had to sign the receipt and screamed so loud nearly gave me a heart attack and then I parked in a spot with a cone behind it for gas and she did the same thing !!!! She was wearing wired ear buds so I’m assuming that’s why she was yelling so loud . Hey I got an idea dont wear headphones while you are at work and then maybe you wouldn’t have to scream to hear you’re own voice !! That’s a good idea !!! Tried to tell the woman who called herself the “manager “ and she completely ignored me and made rude faces at me . Just horrible customer service !!!

Usually great service. I go in to get gas the male at the counter was more interested in his phone and how his hat lloked. Put the gas on the wrong pump. Please retrain this person on customer service. I see the person in there again ill just go somewhere else

Unbelievable how they look right at you and lie. “The bathrooms are being cleaned.” With nobody around. Liars. I stopped buying my gas there.

Every time we come here my husband's card is declined. Any other Shell station no problem... Just this one... The girl at the register is very rude and sarcastic I don't know why they let her work here.

My bimmer loves to drink here and is better priced than other shell stations in the city ***** five stars clerks here also quick never any lines inside and the air to inflat my run flats during winter works like a charm.

This is my favorite gas station. It's neat and clean on the inside. I like Shell's gas pumps and machines because they are updated and the pumps never stop until the gas is pumped. I always use my reward card so that I can save 5 cents on the gallon. The workers inside are friendly.
