I wish I could give ZERO stars. The staff here is amazing, my machine has a communication problem, they did everything they could to help me, but being an Adapt Gelth company hindered their efforts. Looking for a new company. Adapt wants the money, but doesn’t want to fix the problems

After a Covid challenged Phillips CPAP recall and the endless wait for a replacement this step.. meeting and watching Ms Leslie work.. was the finish line ! Ms Leslie changed her lunch to adjust my pressure to the new prescription. Both Ms Leslie and a gentleman whose name I did not get, were wonderful to deal with and very informative. Thanks Total Health for a great team !

Leslie was very informative knowledgeable and has that very comforting personality. She went over everything about the cpap machine and answered all my questions. What a pleasure it was to have her as my instructor!Thank You Leslie

Had an appointment for 1100 am, they said it would only take a hour so I agreed to the appointment. After waiting 20 I told the manger to just give me my equipment bc I had to go to work. He stated that he could do that and apologized for the previous client taking longer than expected then stated that I had to wait anyway bc it was a double appointment and the other client hadn't arrived.

0 stars, but they make you select 1 star to submit a review. I started ordering equipment for a resident 3 weeks ahead of time to give them time to have EVERYTHING in place. 3 weeks has gone by and NOTHING is in place. Faxed information over and over and over again. If you are reading this, please use Parachute, Synapse Health or an online portal for DME. Ayanna, Grady, Nashonda and Jaquita are pitiful!!! Still waiting to hear from management if management exists there.

They could never get my order rite they would send me surplys that I never ordered just to bill my insurance twice they did that third time I sent it back and stop working with them

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I had to have equipment for my daughter’s surgery. Both on delivery and pick up somehow my appointments have been canceled (without them even notifying me) i am still sitting here after being told for the last 5 hours that someone is coming to get my equipment. Now at 5:00 at night a tech is just getting in to work and will call me with an ETA sometime shortly. Do not use this company if your expecting any kind of customer service because they wont even put you on the phone with a manager either when you having issues. If I could give them zero starts I would.

This place use to be very good but since they hired new people its getting to be a circus. I called 855 931 9300 and pressed 4 to find out where my equipment is which is my oxygen so I can go to the Dr and I got a real j*** on the phone who sounded drunk ...I'm getting real sick of this and will be taking further steps and action regarding these new people .

Took my payment and never received my order. Called three times, often being put on hold for lengthy periods of time and being transferred. Hoping this issue will get resolved.
