I didn’t mind the wait of an hour a twenty minutes. I understand that places get busy. But when it was my turn to purchase a phone, they told me that the system has been down all day so they could not sell me a phone. Basic common sense is to tell the customer about this PRIOR to waiting an hour and twenty minutes. Frustrating experience.

I do NOT recommend AT&T to no one. Because customers service said some thing and is another. They are just scammers.

The worst possible place to come in to have anything done with your AT&T services.
Came in 12/03/24, all employees were so pretend to be busy that don’t even have any manners or any chance to greet you like a normal human being would. When I asked who will finally take my name down to put it on the wait list after about 15 minutes of sitting and waiting in silence, and I do apologize that my voice is laud and it carries, but the African-Canadian AT&T employee with the name tag “Garth” quickly treated me with disrespect, hatred, and racism. Mr. Garth refused to serve me and my over 70 year old father, whom said nothing at all to anyone, or to the Mr. Garth in training know it all, Mr. Garth was so busy to assist clients that he had free enough time to get Oak Lawn Police involved for this debacle. I bet Oak Lawn Police had much better and much more important duties rather than to excuse me from 5251 W. 95th St. store.
Disgusting and unimaginable experience at AT&T with Mr. name tag “Garth”.
Merry Christmas Garth, I sure “appreciate your commitment. Disgrace of a great company that I once worked 7 years for. Shame on you AT&T and on the poor soul you employed Mr. “Garth” !!!

Don't trust employees here !!! They added so many add-ons to my bill without my knowledge!! My bill went up to $400!!! For 2 lines!!!! My first time going to THIS store and I have been an AT&T client since 2019!! So this has been a very frustrating and time-consuming process! Never again do not TRUST THIS place Manager doesn't care !!

Jasmine helped me update my phone plan at the Oak Lawn store. She was extremely patient, kind, and put me at ease. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to provide them with superb customer service. She is beyond an excellent employee, and I am very grateful for all of her assistance.

Mekita was phenomenal with her customer service! Her suggestions with the correct phone that is firing for my needs and even informing me on the $.99 promotion! I was able to leave out with a gift for my son being a Honor Roll student! Mekita I believe was the manager and you can tell based on her leadership with her team and the connections they have at your Oak Lawn location!!!! Quick and fast service!

Great Service! Garth was an amazing help to set up our whole family with At&t. He explained everything well, set up everything with precision and kindly stayed late to make sure we were all set up. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service rep! Tiara was also an outstanding manager insuring we received the best offers and making sure everything was set up to our needs and expectations!

Went to Oak Lawn AT&T store today. I want to give a 5 star rating to employee Axel Hernandez. He was friendly and very patient. Since I am not a high tech person I really appreciate that. He solved my problem and gave me more information that I may need in the future. I would definitely recommend him to others. All I can say is you have a very good employee there.
