The area was clean wasn’t crowded with vehicles and comfortable from the heat outside. The walk to the doors want difficult due to my bone on bone knee thank you for the low sidewalk (60 years old young)

“First off I called them early in the morning and I was shocked that they were available to take my car in as soon as I found a towing company and the very nice gentleman who answered my call even asked me about the issues with my car, I knew that he wasn't just there to get paid he really enjoys the job. He also agreed to help me find a tow truck to get my car to the shop, well we both found one at the same time but I already had one coming of course I got ripped off by the guys that I called.
