Very good experience at this store I was trying to buy a new phone but couldn't afford it at the time. Luckily the gentleman working at the store knew how to fix phones which nowadays is hard to find people that know how to. Very glad to have walked in there. 10/10

I waited two hours literally me in multiple people. what kind of business this is. The first time I waited 40 minutes, he said he was in the bathroom. This time I waited two hours, this business needs to be shut down.

The new management here is great! Phil has helped with me any problems I have ever had. He's always professional and patient. As an African-American I can definitely say he has no problem with any people from what I've seen.

The person that was in the store was not even willing to help my husband or myself because of our color he wouldn't help me get my screensaver off he wouldn't even touch my husband's phone so this store is very Prejudice if you are a total different color don't go into this store if you are black or brown.

I went on a Sunday at 11:10am. They were supposed to open at 11:00am. I waited for about 10 minutes and still not open. I left & went back at noon & they STILL weren’t open! Absolute ridiculous & extremely poor business management!
