I am an Uber driver, a BP card holder, and handicapped. It is 11:06 pm at and this gas station is located of IL interstate 294. I was not able to use washroom because it was out of order. I don't believe that for one minute. How are there 2 people working there and the washroom is out order. Where are they using the washroom? I am sure if I was the right nationality I would have been allowed to use the washroom. Unbelievable! So glad the Shell station in Hickory Hills on 95th Ave did play the same shenanigans.

I went to buy cigarettes… I look over 18, and the Hispanic lady has seen before buying from the first time buying from her. I’m 36 years old! I go in one day to buy; she is requesting ID, which I didn’t have with me. I told her I bought from u other day! She won’t sell it to me! Just walked out and went to that Clark station couple blocks down bought more stuff like energy drinks, water, n snacks… I will never enter this gas station again! To top all that off, their prices for snacks and drinks are high and r just rip off! It’s not worth going there!

Old man in the store refused to take our money because it had $5 worth coins and some cash cheap, he said he is lazy to count thats so bad. We just left out!!

So I popped in to grab a few quick items. Once I got to the cashier, I stuck my credit card into the machine, machine said to remove my card. I dropped my license and once I had it picked up, the rude cashier was just staring at me. After a few, I had to ask if the transaction went through and she said all snotty NO. So I had to redo the whole process. She could’ve said in a nice manner that it didn’t go through and please insert my card again. Of If I could give negative stars I would. Gonna be awhile before I consider going here again.

The smell of "air freshener" was overwhelmingly disgusting. Three steps inside, I had to turn and run out. I almost threw up. Two minutes later, with all of my windows rolled down, I can still smell the foul stench on my clothes.Do NOT go inside the store.

I was trying to get gad on pump number6 and the pump would not reset but still charged me for the previous sale I will no longer go there for gas again the attendant was rather indignant about refunding my charge card
