Took my car in on June 23rd took a whole week and 1 day to look at it then the manager guy tried to get me to take it to a Hyundai dealer down the street to pay for a diagnostic although I have a warranty and they work with the warranty company the manager also told me he would tow it to another shop if they couldn't do the work that didn't happen it was a horrible experience giving me the run around

Came in for just air 2 tires had nails they let me know tires had low tread Krista the manger got me a good price had the tires done in less than hour also did a free inspection Krista and mechanic showed me my brakes were low will be back soon

Car x has no sympathy of others time . My attempt to get 1 tire replaced took a total of 3 appointments. On the third appointment that was only going to take a half hour took close to 2 hours . My car was completed but the front desk person “CJ” would not allow my to pay and leave . He kept saying he was State Police for 25 years and they needed to do a full inspection on my vehicle.
A took away a star - because CarX offered a 30 dollar voucher in exchange I remove a negative comment.

Let me start off by saying if I could give this place negative stars I would. I sat in this place for damn near an hour before he told me how much it would cost this was after After my car was on the lift now I’m stuck getting SCREWED WITH NO VASELINE… Here’s what happened: story time :( . I came into this location(107th Cicero) 3 months ago to get an oil change and a tire rotation and it cost me $73 dollars and change. I come back 3 months later to get my oil changed and my tires rotated same service nothing different and this dude tells me $100.00 I show him my receipt from the last time I was here. He was smug and low key disrespectful …. So I tell him I’ll buy the Groupon’s like 62.99. So he proceeds to tell me that I’ll still have to pay for service fees and such after buying the Groupon and it will be 25.00 at the register. His tone sucks … Well it seems like double dipping to me. So CARX your customer service sucks and your communication skills suck as well!!!! I’ll pass and find someone else moving forward… post update… Customer service is a joke they responded to my review and when I call the number and the ext they stated , their system keeps hanging up on me the automated service just like the customer service SUCKS ON SO MANY LEVELS.

This was my first time going to this place and I just left having a wonderful experience. Rob’s customer service was incredible and he helped me get everything I needed for my car at a great price. Damien and John were also knowledgeable and super helpful. I highly recommend going to this place if these workers are there!

As I waited in line for over 20 minutes I listened as the cashier try and overcharge an older lady 1200 on breaks. BREAKS!! Are we serious. Guy name was pj and the lady with the half head of hair were trying to tag team this old lady. Now I only arrived here because of a Groupon which seemed like a deal until I came in and was charged all these fees which ended up being the same as the damn Groupon I am not satisfied. Was denied tire rotation with an excuse that my tires are bad. 😂😂 knowing damn well I just changed the tires in November. I got none of the free service that are their everyday special. I will never return here even if I broke down in front of this place. I wish I could take my star back. After further review. I found out I didn’t even get the filter. I mean they took it out but never replaced it. Terrible
