I'm super disappointed for changing the price of my insurance without notifying me, which that's not given you're the right to anyone. After you call them, they don't help you, they just want to collect money and more money.

Very rude and condescending. I am not an insurance professional and should not be left feeling dumb for needing clarity before purchasing a policy. She literally laughed when I asked about a zero dollar deductible! I will be finding a new agent asap.
