The brunette employee was very rude to me… I went today around 3 in the afternoon I just wanted to make a return and she got upset and told me I couldn't do that… I asked her why not? If the product is new and sealed and she told me that she was not going to do it and she looked at me very angry, then I insisted that I wanted to return the product and she told me that the system did not allow it and that it was not possible so I left very upset with my product. …I don't understand why he has a bad attitude so I don't want to go back to that place.

I’m a regular customer who shops here once a week I drove a nice distance timed it to a tee got there at 5:52 the young lady had the lights off doors locked it would have taken me two minutes. The young lady told me we’re closed and was counting money 4/11/2024 very disappointed.

This place is getting worse every time I go there, they switched the settings too often, and the lady who is there in mornings is always mad and doesn't know where tings are, and very low stock.

Every single time I go there, The staff is great. They always are eager to help with advice or suggestions...and especially helpful when it comes to helping with dye location! The store has a good variety of brands and good promotions too. Very good experience. Would recommend. Hope you make your way back to Matteson soon!
