I had to come to the Oak Lawn location with an emergency over the weekend. Jimmy’s team of technicians got me right in and out of the door. Could not have been a more patient or compassionate staff. They are definitely standing on business. Thank you for helping me get back onto the road safely on Saturday!

On our way from the Chicago suburbs to Michigan on Friday the tire pressure warming came on. We exited the highway and trusted that the local Discount Tire could help us out. Jimmy assisted us and despite the busy hour he was friendly not just to us but all customers. The wait wasn't too long. About half an hour later we pulled out of the parking lot and continued our drive safely.

Great service! Very professional and acknowledge everyone that walks in. Scheduling online was very simple straight forward. From the time I arrived till I left I waited all together less than 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend Discount Tire to my family and friends.

I had purchased 4 new tires from discount tire in Crestwood. Today I work up to a flat tire. I called the Crestwood location about getting it fixed, I work near that location. Since the car was at home in Burbank, he informed me that I can take it to the closest location which is in oak lawn. They were extremely professional and friendly. It turns out one tire had a small nail in at the the flat had a large screw in it. This fixed both tire in about 35 months and put my spare back in the car. Great job guys!

I went to have them change a tire. They BROKE my stud and then gave me a referral for a mechanic shop to have it fixed. So now I have to spend my time and gas to get something THEY BROKE fixed.

Always so impressed with Discount Tire. Friendliest staff, a comfortable waiting area, and I love that they text me a link where I can track the progress of my service.
Update (1/14/2025): just came in with a nail in one of my tires and they were able to fix it up within an hour and without charge. The team here are always helpful and kind. Absolutely the best!!
