Store is filthy, unorganized, hard to navigate the isle with the avalanche of products not stocked, management lies blatantly to your face then when u confront the lie they act as if they didn't just lie to me ignore my original request then play like I was the one in the wrong, over all unacceptable experience avoid sore at all cost

ACCESSIBILITY REVIEW: There is one handicap spot by the door. Maybe 10-12 steps to door. This is a double door entrance with no handicap buttons. It was very difficult to navigate with a rollator without assistance. The aisles inside are wide. The trouble is the line to checkout can be incredibly long. This can be difficult for those who can stand for long periods of time. It’s also crowded by the register and hard to navigate with an assistive device.

Came in for a quick cleaning supplies haul. It was supposed to be a quick trip, but certainly turned out to take longer than expected. The service all around was slow and unapologetic to the growing, long line of customers getting increasingly impatient. One customer needed balloons made but it seems that the third employee could not be found as the two were calling out towards the back of the store loudly like we were outside or something -- and this was not supposed to be a retail business, not somebody's house. 😐It was unprofessional. It was also awkward watching the two employees try to figure out what to do about it as they completely ignored everyone else just standing around waiting in line. Couldn't the second employee at least open up the next register?!?Waste of time. Lots of cluttered aisles too.
*ALSO*The parking lot is dangerous as some driver came speeding up into the lot from off the street- almost hitting a car trying to back up out of its space to leave the lot!!!! I mean, wow. This whole experience was a complete mess. I will never visit this location ever again.

I went a moment ago to buy birthday balloons, and the 3 women who were there said that they didn't have the balloons that I chose, 3 designs and there were none, I went to where they have them and if they have them.
They simply said that there were those who were already inflated and were pure hearts, their employees became weaker every day, it is usually a good store but with the change of employees, that goes wrong every day, I wish they had employees who wanted to do their job.

Always love their prices. I buy all my paper towels, toilet paper, batteries, tooth paste, other toiletries etc., here. You can get in and out and easily find what you're looking for.

The two women working the front register continued to speak Spanish while servicing customers. Then the two went into the employee room for 15 minutes and left the front end of the store unattended. The line was very long and two customers left.
