The detail I received today and the customer service was even worse. I went there for a full detail of my sons car and they gave me the car back half cleaned with soaking wet carpet and damaged exterior paint. When I spoke to "AL" the manager I guess he over talked me in such a condescending manner I just wanted to pay to get my car out of there. Id I could give zero stars I would.

I just had my Buick encore cleaned at this establishment and I am highly impressed at the work that these guys do even at 100°!! today is very hot and your guys were smiling and laughing and super polite. I just want to say you definitely have my business from now on. I would highly recommend anyone to go there, and I feel the price is very reasonable, especially for the amazing job that they do.08/24/2023Service: Auto detailing

They are not polite.I didn't fight anyone. You scratched my windshield, and I asked to talk to the manager. You showed up when the police came?I have already reported you because of the scratches.Enjoy your report on Monday.

love there customer service, amazing workers, the car comes out brand new, im always here i barley wait and even if i do i wouldn’t mind because the work they do is wonderful and very underestimated, great ppl great prices, i always leave an amazing tip

Always forget to put the air fresher. Besides that they stained the cluster on a 2020 Mercedes truck. Stain Is never coming off you cannot armor all the cluster screen. I think they hire new guys and don't take the Time to train them rightServices: Auto detailing

EZ Clean Car Wash has the most helpful and professional staff, on top of excellent car wash services they are super knowledgable and helpful with car related questions and concerns and helped me out of an overheating car issue. Highly Recommend

My jeep was so dirty, and they did a fantastic job.I really appreciate a staff that works hard. I sure hope you all are appreciated.It was expensive, but wort it.My Jeep is 15 yrs old and still looks goodThanks for the clean and fresh smelling job.Well done!

Absolutely horrible job and customer service. The manager was extremely rude to me because his workers did a terrible job! He actually kept calling me sweetheart in a rude manner,I am a lady in her 80s. He told me to find another car wash instead of fixing the issues. They never even wiped down my screen or mirror inside my car, I purchased the most expensive car wash offered. It was suppose to include Armor All on all seats, dash and doors. They didn't do any of it. All and all a terrible job and was totally disrespected! Also the phone number listed is bogus

I inherited a vehicle from my late brother which sat in a parking garage for a year while he was out of the country. Needless to say, it got dingy inside and out. I went to a couple shops and they immediately tried to upsell me into a FULL detail which, quite frankly, the vehicle didn’t need. Needed a wash with some extra TLC. The staff at EZ did me right. It was my first time there, however would go back no problem. Obviously, they charged a little extra given the circumstances which is completely understandable due to the vehicles requirements. However, they were very fair and upfront about everything. More importantly, they delivered a great job. Vehicle is clean inside and out. Highly recommend. Based on my experience, seemingly any of the unfavorable reviews in their history is not their fault. They get a 5 from me today…

I finally found a honest detail place that does great work . I was having trouble finding someone to get the swirls out of my paint and a wax for a fair price . I walked in talked to Al and knew this was the place for me. I was correct !! My truck came out gleaming :)Services: Scratch removal

This place is the epitome of attention to detail. I got the Executive service and I was very satisfied with the work. Everyone is also friendly and professional there. I recommend everyone to try them out, you will not be disappointed.

After a very long wait in their line, they seen me get there they seen my vehicle and waited for me to get to the front of the line to deny me service stating that my car was too dirty and to think I was going to let these guys wash my car, my old car that is starting the process of being resurrected to its glory days mind you it was only dirt that was from the elements not road dirt or grease or tar or any of that i'm glad I did not get any services from them. These guys want it easy They have no purpose in being in the Cleaning business if they can't clean a car

I Brought in my Cadillac XT6 in for a full detail and scratch removal, and was blown away by the work done. I Had really bad damage from a previous trip to a brush car wash that left multiple really bad and noticeable scratches on my hood. I showed Al that I needed them taken care of and a full detail and he gave me a very fair price and took my car the very next day. The work done was Impeccable, the scratches were completely removed and the inside and outside of the vehicle were in better quality than when I bought the car new. This was my first time here and I will be returning for regular car washes because of the great care they used to take care of my vehicle. I highly recommend EZ clean for detailing or just a car wash.Services: Scratch removal
