I had a lease that was up, and I didn’t know if I wanted to buy it out or lease another. But Bob gave me all the information for both suggestions, and I could tell he had my best interest in mind. I’d recommend seeing him for your next vehicle transaction. I also want to shed some light on, Frank from finance. He went step by step in regards to all of the financial documentation and consistently asking if I had any questions/concerns. A genuine person. Last but not least, Fllad from Services has helped me service my 3-year lease the entire way through. He goes above and beyond to make sure my car is in great shape before I hit the road again.Honda of Ed Napleton, you are extremely lucky to have such great people as a part of your team. As long as they are there, I will continue my business with you.

I bought my first Honda a week ago in Ohio and bought it to Napleton for a mirror replacement. I met Neel in the service dept and he’s gem. Very personable and professional. He treated me kindly and efficiently. I’m already spoiled, I only wanna work with him. He answers my questions and provides great customer service.

Arrived at Ed Napleton Honda after a long work day and met by the most welcoming customer service. Neel was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient and communicated well with me about my vehicle. Will be back to see him whenever I need service again!

I recently bought out my lease at this location. They told me that they charge everyone $2000 dollars to process the loan. When I asked why they said that's how they do business. I proceeded to look on the paperwork and it definitely said $2000 dollars for a car alarm! I asked why would you put it as a car alarm if this is to process the loan? They said they could not put that down. When I asked if I could speak to someone else the supposed mandante said he was the highest authority. Long story short I told them I was not happy. I did manage to get them down to $1300 and a stupid car alarm certificate that I do not want or need. I also called there corporate headquarters in Oakbrook no one answered I did leave a detailed message. I am looking into taking this to a lawyer. In my opinion they have a contract with this S&S alarm company and get - kick back for selling them to the clients who walk into their dealership. I understand that I may not be anyone special however, I do lot understand how these big corporations get away with scams like this and they do not have to answer for them. People work hard for their money and cannot afford to throw it away on unnecessary item especially with todays economy. I do want to say that the young man who helped me with the other items was very nice and professional but he is just an employee with no authority. When I say that they are not ethical people to do business with I am referring to their management. Be wary to do business with this place.

I wish I could give this dealership a 0 rating. They had a CPO 2018 Honda Civic advertised for $20,500. KBB said a fair price for the car from a dealership is about $16,000. When it came time to negotiate, they gave us a completely different price (about $25,000) with a bunch of dealer "installed" "options" that the salesman admitted was "pure profit" for the dealership. Wheel locks for $400, floor mats for $600, and some "molecular emulsion" for $1,100 that was "already applied to the car's interior." Nowhere in the listing on their website, nor on Cars.com were any of these "options" advertised. When the sales manager insisted that this $1,100 "option" was non-negotiable, we left. Ed Napleton Honda of Oak Lawn will lie to your face and try to gaslight you into believing "options" aren't optional. STAY AWAY

This was the first stop of a very long day of many different lots & no one made me feel as comfortable as Nicole did so I ended up right back over here! Nicole was determined to make sure I left in something that I loved at a price point I could handle! She made my experience nothing short of amazing!!! I left in my dream car, I can’t brag on her enough! She made me feel extremely comfortable Thank you for giving me such a great experience!

ZERO STARS. I will NEVER NEVER ever use this place ever again. Lies, high pressure sales, coercion, uneducated sales team. Do not buy a new or used car here. I will never recommend the sales team and I will never step foot into the service department. Horrible. Lies lies lies and untrained people who claim to be professional. Hire people who are honest please !!! Your reputation is based on customer reviews. Please go to the Honda in Orland Park, IL if you insist on buying a Honda and NEVER EVER go to Ed. Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn for a new or used used car. If you have a Honda, get it serviced at the Orland Park Honda. If you get a used car (please don't) from this place and it is not a Honda, go directly to the brand dealer. Buyer beware. Buyer beware. Buyer beware.

Hidden fees, unethical practises and tactics, nearly two months and no title from a company they made us pay $400 dollars to title our vehicle. Called to ask the dealer to get a hold of ATC and they said "we don't deal with that" and hung up. ATC can only correspond to the dealer and not customer. We were forced to pay this fee, among others which we verbally refused to many times. We're considering contacting our lawyers.

Horrible shopping experience! The sales department appeared half-assed. No one came to greet us. All of the sales associates were clustered around the sales manager's desk having a high ol' time. It looked like a frat gathering. Do not go alone as a woman, you will feel immediately dismissed. They also gave us nothing for trade-in and added a whopping $5000 market adjustment to the price. It was incredibly insulting and frustrating. Won't go there ever again!

I worked with Sebio and Johnny and they were so kind, quick and communicative! They worked with me on the price to get into the vehicle that I wanted. I had gotten my car stolen and was looking to buy pretty quick, I was interested in a used 2022 Volkswagen Taos on their lot and Johnny and Sebio helped me with the entire process and we were able to complete the purchase in a matter of days after my loan went through. Sebio and Johnny were so communicative through the whole process and were so kind! I appreciate their hard work and working with me on getting this completed quickly and with so much patience and kindness. If you’re looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend giving Sebio or Johnny a call! They were so professional and easy to work with. Thank you guys for getting me into my Taos so quickly!
