ACCESSIBILITY REVIEW: One handicap spot a few steps from the door. Flat entrance with low grade ramp. No automatic door. Wide aisles once inside with low countertops.

5 - score rating - all the way. The Oak Lawn Fannie May truly cares for the community they serve. I accidentally left my Discover card behind, and the staff reported my card lost through Discover. This was taking the initiative to protect their customer. I love it!!!! Thank you Oak Lawn, Fannie May team. You are the best!!!

They wouldn't let me sample a specific candy. Well, the candy can sit there and rot before I buy any again.

THIS LOCATION UNLIKE HOMEWOOD IL LOCATION HAD PLENTY OF CHOCOLATE. THEIR DISPLAYS WERE FILLED WITH CHOCOLATE AND PLENTY OF ASSORTMENT OF DISPLAYS THAT HAD A VARIETY TO CHOSE FROM ON THE SIDES OF THE DISPLAYS IN THE BACKSIDE. THE SERVICE WAS DECENT BUT SHE WAS SAD, SHE DIDNT HONOR MY COUPON BASED ON A MISTAKE FROM CHICAGO RIDGE LOCATION AND THEY DONT TAKE A $100 HUNDRED DOLLAR BILLS ANY LONGER AT FANNIE MAE CANDY LOCATIONS.

Just stopped in to see what was on sale. Haven't been in a Fannie May in years. The young ladies were very friendly and so sweet.

Always delicious candy, people working here are very friendly and helpful. Make sure to come before certain holidays, if you come on mothers or Valentine’s Day you may have trouble finding parking which is to be expected.
