I've been here several times and each trip, the employees completely ignore you, offer no assistance when requested, so hopefully you can navigate the labyrinth of FedEx systems to compete whatever you came here for. Pass and go straight into the next one

I placed an order online for in store pickup, same day. The email I received said it would be available by an estimated time of 7pm today. 6:30 rolls around and I haven't heard anything, so I give them a call. I ask what the status is, and a rude woman says it'll be available tomorrow. I say the email I received said by 7 pm today. If an issue happens, it is the responsibility of the establishment to inform the customer. I received no information until I contacted the store, and was told entirely different information than what I had been given 3 and a half hours before this call. No other contact was made with me to give a definitive time. You can do 100% better anywhere else

Jorie was amazing today and if you need something professionally copied, ask for him. The first associate could have bothered to help us and told us self-serve was the same—which it wasn’t. Once Jorie saw our struggle, he looked at the horrible quality with the self-serve copier and took over. He copied and cut our invitations and inserts quickly and professionally.

When employees value going home before doing their job. I was just told by an employee that they can’t ship a package because the system automatically resets every day at 7:50. What’s the purpose of being open at 8 o’clock if you can’t ship packages out until you’re posted business hours? Very poor customer service!

This is a terrible location with a bunch of rude people who ignore you amd bark orders at you. Everyone there is rude and I'm helpful and not friendly whatsoever. This has been every experience there and I will never go back. UPS is always fun

I attempted to send a package to Mexico. I paid for express international shipping (which isn’t cheap). The person that helped me was very kind, patient, and observant. I forgot their name. Eventually I finished the transaction and the package was set. However, the package never made it to its destination. So I was consistently on the phone with FedEx customer service and they made me go back to this location to receive assistance. For some reason they said that was the only way I could attempt to retrieve my package and start a refund process, so I did. Upon reaching this location I was met with the same individual that helped me the first time so I explained to them the issue and again they were very empathetic and honest and told me they could not really assist me, that this was something I would have to solve with customer service over the phone. So they helped me get directly connected. So over the phone and in that location I was able to get my issue somewhat resolved. My issues with FedEx are far from over, but I’m confident that this location and that individual did what they could to help me with my situation.
