I'm Beyond disappointed and frustrated with the communication and quality of work done to my 2023 Silverado 1500. Dropped my truck off here on June 3rd with original estimate around 2,500. After delay and delay and additional damages found my final estimate was a total of $5,159.93. I received my truck a month later July 3rd at first glance the repairs looked good and I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I was running late for work that morning. Once I got off work I was able to properly examine the repairs and notice the poor job performed on my vehicle. For starters my two doors replaced aren't flush with the body of my truck. My driver door doesn't close properly and the paint/sealer done on the inside is very unprofessional work, in addition to that the plastic lining on the bottom of the door is loose. The overall paint job that I waited 2 weeks for it to be done properly as there paint booth was down is terrible. The edges of my front fender and doors have excessive paint buildup and is visibly thicker than the rest of the parts. Their are dust particles that are trapped underneath the clearcoat. And in the inside of the passenger door where the hinges are located paint is peeling and chipped where primer is visible. I'm taking it back Monday July 7th following with gerbers lifetime guarantee

Well I’m back!! after writing my original review about this shop the owner got back to me and asked what went wrong after explaining my side he compromised to correct the wrong doing by his shop manager. I’m satisfied with the outcome so be sure to follow up with the owner if you happened to use Gerber in Oaklawn I’ll on Southwest highway he will go the extra mile to for his customers!!!

Let me start by saying Beth and Matt need a raise. They are not the reason for 1 *. Marico the shop manager is and will be the downfall of this shop.
My car was in an accident and my insurance chose this shop. I understand parts take time, can be made incorrectly, unforeseen errors occur.
However when parts fall off while your driving this is beyond unacceptable and when you talk to Marico he openly states well sometimes we don't put all the bolts or pins in to secure the part. Then comes back out to tell you they used the wrong size parts that are too small.
Then Marico called me today and demand to know who left a google review. I don't know who left it, don't care all i know it was not me until now.
Then he starts to demand if my wife left the review. This is where the Maurico crossed the line. He did not call to apologize, to say the work was completed, update me on ETA of parts, or to say they mechanic that used the wrong parts was being disciplined. He calls to complain about a google review and speak poorly about my wife.
I was patient and calm until now.
I will never use this shop again. I filed a complaint with my insurance company and gerber. I hope everyone reads this.

I wish we never took our Subaru here after our car accident. The bumper that they put on was sagging. They went to order a clip but realized they couldn’t go the cheap route. They had to call Subaru. They had the wrong bumper on by the way. We were told we could drive the car for now. The bumper fell off in the middle of the road while waiting for the right repair. They are not good at calling back. I am seriously questioning if our Subaru will ever be the same again. This location apparently takes short cuts. I just want my reliable car back. I am not sure if their repairs are going to hold.

Mauricio and the team, receptionists included, were thorough and communicative! He kept me updated and checked in throughout the process. Any delays were due to my insurance—not the shop. Very grateful for their care and service.
