Soooo, they have rats!! No bueno! Saw one last winter and one more recently this summer by plants (as big as kittens); please, Home Depot, take care of this. It's unsanitary and a health hazard. I don't want to drive further out to shop; I'm entitled to have a rat-free store in my neck of the woods. Thank you

saw several rats running around the store. pretty rad for a place that serves food. for proof, go to the bird feed aisle and see that theyve attacked it. neat!

Worst place to buy blinds for the house. If you order the blinds that comes in closed the box's. Please make sure you double check the size before you purchase them. They Re-glue the box's shut. Put sizes that shouldn't be in there. All cause some dumbass idiot can't read a measuring tape that works there. Or it's a scam they do it to people that don't no better. Sad people come in and work hard for there money to get ripped off by a multi million dollar business!!!!

I've been fixing up my parent's yard (fencing, flowers and pots, love seat, etc.) and had to buy yard tools, building tools, paint, etc. I probably spent around 2 grand already. Some stuff I ordered online and shipped to the store and some I bought at the store. Stuff I had to order came in when promised and was just what I needed. If I shopped in the store it was easy to find help, whether getting my wood cut or looking for an item. All the employees, whether it be at the order desk or cash register were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lupe at the pro desk and Betty the cashier (sorry, don't remember other names, but they were all great). I really like doing business at that store and will continue to do so in the future.

WOW my daughters and I went in to the garden shop to purchase Flowers for an install at a restaurant. The minute we hit the garden door a worker approached my girls with a sales brochure uhg who likes to be bombarded the moment you walk in... I smiled and thought that was his job ... ha.... he pretty much never left ... honestly I wanted to look around the store a bit more but he was so %@***___%% annoying.. any way as we shopped he kept asking us questions and like idiots we tried to be polite .... after a bit I stopped making eye contact hoping he would go away.... boy was I stupid he zeroed in on the oldest daughter because the younger one left the area .. she later said that had a man been with us none of the conversation from this guy would have taken place . The older one went in to the store to look at plants and I thought good the creepy guy left....nope I went into the store and there she was stuck talking to the stalker.. he watched us check out and wanted us to bring the car up and he would load it .. yeah sure. F Y. MAYBE HAVE THIS GUY TAKE IT DOWN A NOTCH WHEN TWO YOUNG BEAUTIFUL GIRLS WANT SOME F&%$#@ PLANT S... GOING TO MENARD'S NEXT TIME

Worst Home Depot I have ever been to. Employees do not know their areas and they dodge you everytime you see them. They will send you to the wrong isle of the store. This store is a joke. Stick with Crestwood or Chicago Ridge.

What an awful place to shop. We went there to get new bathroom vanities, kitchen counter tops, and new washer and dryer. While we were browsing, this large man had his face buried into a computer and was on the phone. We kept looking around and when we circled back to order things,

One of my favorite stores. The folks there are super helpful. Thanks again for helping just before the snow storm to get my blower started. Thank you!

Bought our flooring material here. We only had 200 sq ft to cover so decided to use Home Depot's installation figuring it would be quick and simple. It took a month and a half from the time we ordered the product to when it was installed. Everything necessary was supposed to be delivered but much of the product was missing and the day of installation the installer had to call and have them bring what was missing over. After that, we had to go back again and purchase another case of flooring because they didn't measure right. The transition pieces all popped up already and they didn't fill the nail holes (perhaps if they had delivered the kit to fill the holes that we paid for the installer could have..). They did an awful job cutting the transitions and they don't fit together and look like I did it myself. I could go on and on with every detail on why this whole transaction was awful but there isn't enough room here. I will never use their installation service again. What a headache and a complete waste of money.

Recently I ordered a dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine from here as well as delivery and installation. The problems began when my order didn't go through and I had to call the call center to re-order, and was quoted a different - more expensive price. But the biggest headache began after installation. The dishwasher was not centered in the cabinet and when I turned on my disposal it made a terrible rattling sound. Nothing was inside the disposal so I called home depot to ask them to come out and center the dishwasher and check on the disposal as it had never been a problem before the installation. Home Depot told me to call Spirit Delivery, who does the actual install. Spirit has terrible customer service and after an hour I finally got to the claims department who said a claims representative would call me back withing 48-72 hours. Two days later a claims rep called and said they would send someone out to look at the problem, and fix the disposal and dishwasher. Spirit could not confirm delivery time (gave me a six hour window) but promised I would be last on the list so I did not have to take another day off work. So of course spirit showed up at the beginning of the window while I was at work, forcing me to reschedule the repair again. Then when the finally came to repair the dishwasher and disposal they told me they could not do anything with the disposal - but that the claims department would call back within 24 hours. It is now almost two weeks since the disposal was broken to begin with. I went to Menards yesterday and bought a new disposal - Home Depot needs to be held responsible for their delivery service. Unfortunately they kept passing the buck off to Spirit, and I will now no longer shop at home depot.

5 stars because of a great employee! We went in for a clay chimney, we found what we wanted, and Rigo from garden was immediately able to assist. He couldn't find the item we wanted in a box, so he offered the display at 25% off, but still offered to look for the item boxed if we so desired. We told him we would rather get a boxed item, which he was totally okay with and told us he would need to find someone to take it down from the shelves and that he would look for us. It took a while, but we didn't mind. He looked for us, as promised, and offered us $10 for waiting, which I thought was unnecessary but absolutely appreciated on our part. I haven't read the previous reviews, so I'm not entirely sure why the star rating is so poor for this location, but based off my experience with great customer service from a young man, I am giving it 5 stars! That's what customer service is all about- communication, professionalism, and kindness.
