Wanted to give Huntington a chance, they're only 2 blocks from home, but they screwed up the TCF takeover badly. And it continues. An hour + wait for customer service (on Tuesday afternoon) to fix THEIR screw up. I loved TCF! I notice the only GOOD HB reviews are OLD HB reviews! Now I'm reluctantly forced to go elsewhere.

Worst branch ever. The old security guard there thinks he is the president. There slogan says “making people’s lives better” but at this branch they try hard to do the opposite.

Bad customer service via phone and in the drive through. I was mailed out a card 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I believe it was stolen out of my mail box. I went to the drive through to get a temporary debit card and to order a new one. They gave me such a hard time. I had to wait 24 hours to use the temporary card. When I was finally able to use the card, I wasn’t not able to because the banker did not set up a pin. They were too busy trying to not give me a card, they forgot to set the pin. I personally think this was done purposely. It hasn’t been a month yet I’ve been with this bank. I’ve even been hung up on by the same person in online banking. I’ve just switched over to a new bank this week. Too many issues and very poor customer service. It the bad customer service for me. Smh.

They don’t respect customers appointments time they told me to come at 3pm then when I got there they said to come back after 30 minutes Bank don’t respect people’s time
