Mariano’s is my go to store. I go primarily for their fresh fruit, and poultry. Not only can you shop in a clean store, but can also enjoy a drink from the bar. I tend to have a glass of wine , and shop. Which just makes the experience that must better. Cheers

Marianos used to be better. I try to shop online for pickup orders since i am disabled and it is like pulling teeth or root canal. Just to find the ad i like. Then i try to get my order together and it is another major surgery. Then i look at the order and i am over charged for eberything. It said knoor pasta or rice. Mi and match. .99 cents each. But when you check your order it said 1.29 Each. So where is the sale? Go check out jewel or fairplay online shopping fir pick up orders. They are not confusing and do not try to rip you off. Message me when you fix things and then i can delete this review.

Terrible service, I came looking for chicken and they didn't have it, I asked a kitchen worker if they were going to have it and he answered that probably in 45 minutes he didn't tell me yes or no, I went to the costumer service to ask, they contacted the department where they would do it and they told me that in about 25 minutes I was waiting for more than 40 minutes and nothing.

Everything about Mariano’s in Oak Lawn screams professionalism- I have been going to this location for years now and never had an issue with anyone there, all of the employees have always been VERY nice and helpful. That’s what keeps me coming back ❤️

We been going to this location for a while and within the last couple months we been finding alot of food with mold. One example in the picture I posted. We had purchased honey Mustard and at home I noticed it had expired in 2022!!! Last week we were looking to purchase the salads that are pre-made and I looked at the bottom all the lettuce was all black!. The section were all the speciality cheese and meats are alot of their cheese has mold also!! All their produce has can down!

Ever since Kroger took over this place it has been awful. They never have enough cashiers. The quality has gone down. There is not enough people working in the Deli. There is always a long line. It’s a shame because their bakery is delicious, the quality of the meat from the deli is good. They just don’t care about the custamore satisfaction anymore. It’s sad

Wow! Great customer service, this is my go to a lot and always look forward. Miguel was very attentive and helped me to choose cheese and meats and fruits for my charcuterie board!

it is a Tuesday night at 8 and not one cashier lane is open. Thank God for Cheri and the skinny tall blonde lady. the manger stood there and just said they were short handed and did nothing. The poor self check out ladies had too many people. Dont get me started on the Deli. they had a new girl all by herself, who had only been at work two days. What a joke. maybe you should hire more help or offer overtime. Stop overworking the ones who show up. Tell your manager to manage and help out when it is very busy. Your deals aren't that great to treat your customers this way.

Place is absolutely ridiculous. You can barely walk through because of the cashier lines being so long. Please stop with the self checkouts and just hire some humans.

When returning 7 glass milk bottles to customer service,my husband received $2/bottle refund. IWe paid $3/bottle deposit. I checked receipt. Customer service said she didn't charge $3/bottle. My husband explained not her personally but Mariano's charged $3.They got us for $7.
