I am very disappointed in this location. Specifically with the “manager” Megan. She was unhelpful, rude and (according to staff) bothered that she had to come out of the manager office to assist a customer. She lacks the most basic of customer service skills and compassion. She gave short responses and made it clear she had no intention of being any sort of assistance.
Prior to speaking with Megan, I explained my situation to two associates, attempting to help troubleshoot and problem solve. Another associate who overheard the conversation began speaking Spanish to the those team members. I politely asked if they would share what was being said so I could offer alternative ideas in finding a solution to what should have been a solvable issue. After hearing my request, I was ignored and they continued their discussion in Spanish.
It was completely unprofessional and utterly disrespectful, I cannot imagine ever shopping here again. I have had poor experiences at this location in the past, but never to this level.
I hope this encourages them to do better. Professionally and personally.
Lastly, I believe it’s important to add that there is one manager I have observed on several occasions that is courteous to customers and staff, appears to be on task, supports his team and has always been pleasant. Although I have not interacted with him personally, I pay attention to people and my surroundings. So while I’m here, Darryl deserves some positive recognition. Hopefully Marshall’s hires more individuals like him so I can return to shopping any of their affiliated stores.
I am saddened that I had to resort to writing a poor review.

Yikes! No plus size coats that I could find because the coats were a mess! A young man pushing an merchandise cart pushed it into me the shopper forcing me to stop shopping. The little prick could have said excuse me but didn’t . There were only 4 of us in line but it took 10minutes. Why?
With my husband waiting outside I went to the bathroom. I’m disabled and I need a handicap bathroom. There’s an employee taking her break in the handicapped stall. I told her I needed that stall. She said she didn’t know it was handicapped. Seriously you’re over 60 and don’t know that.
Marshalls do better!

This store has one of thee most disgusting bathrooms ever. Had my daughter not had to use the restroom desperately I otherwise would have never come in here. There's used period pads sitting a top the tissue rollers poop tissue sitting in the dispensar for pads. Tissue every single where! Just disgusting. Only gave 2 stars because I love all of their items doesn't matter what Marshall's I go to there's always a GREAT find! Please do better with cleanliness 🤢🤮😷

Good options. Was organized and staff was friendly and helpful.
UPDATE: Standards have fallen, no longer well stocked, went in looking for cutlery set and was told they didn't know if they had any in the back. Had to have a manager take a look to see if there were any in stock. They were not so this was a waste of a trip. Good customer service from manager and the associate who found the manager not so much from the associate I asked for help initially.

I love Marshall because of it's great prices BUT this location is very disorganized everything everywhere specifically the beauty product section and sometimes shoes section.
