I have been using Master Tax Center for the past 7 years and have been receiving great and fast service every year with no issues. I used to do my own taxes and I am amazed at how much better my returns have been. David Dreyer has been prompt and attentive and has a very quick turnaround. Would highly recommend.

When a new client calls and says they are looking for a new Accountant to be sure they are getting all of the deductions they can get, it does raise some suspicion with me. A schedule C business income in which the person"s income is low enough to qualify for the EIC has a high risk for audit since taxpayers are supporting their income with the EIC credit. As tax Professionals we are required to verify all income and expenses on the Sch. C or be subject to a $500.00 penalty and risk of audit for our other clients. Taking on a client with these conditions is not worth the risk. The time to go through this persons massive records (even if in order) would be a high cost to them, and not worth my time. Sometimes it is better to get a regular job if you can"t make enough money in business and need government help.

I have no clue how they stay in business. My Dad has done business with them for YEARS, and if they don't hear from us, there is no phone call, such as "if your taxes aren't ready for us should we file an extension" There is no voice mail, if the accountant is on the phone you just sit on hold forever, and, if you ask for the front desk they don't take a message they just transfer you back to a phone that is not being answered.
