Mr. Tim was very helpful in assisting me with finding the best mattress for my "Back Issues" at such an affordable price. Aris was super helpful and beyond nice! I called before I went in and he answered all my questions ie: sizing, pricing, inventory. and I left with my bed that night! Nice dude and good customer service!

There was no pressure to purchase any products. They asked my budget and stayed within it. I was so happy with the service, I purchased not only my king size but two mattresses for my parents. And they all came with free adjustable bed frames. Very happy.

Jimmie at the Oaklawn Mattress Firm store was absolutely phenomenal! He went over and beyond the call of duty! He was extremely patient and accommodating. He answered every question, precisely, and I valued his attention to detail. He even assisted me with a situation that took place, which had nothing to do with the mattress sale. I truly appreciated his help with that as well.I left the store with the perfect mattress for me because of his superb customer service! I would definitely recommend his services, and I will most definitely ask for his assistance with any future needs!Thank you Jimmie for making my mattress shopping experience worthwhile!
