“This is my second time ordering from Whittingham. I live down in St. Petersburg, Florida and love tenderloin tails, which are difficult to find locally. The tails I receive from Whittingham are absolutely delicious while the price is remarkable and very fair. The customer service people are the best in the business. Polite, helpful and cheerful!!! Dang! You don't get to type that everyday. Just received a new box and it made me hungry unpacking it!!!! I highly recommend this family owned business. They are the best.”

“One of the best shippers in Chicago. Extremely friendly, what a bunch of great people working here. Was in, checked in, docked, loaded and bol signed within 5 minutes. Trucks the easiest way off of 94 would be Pershing exit. Take Pershing to halsted. Turn into property off of halsted dock is behind building. When loaded turn left out of the dock and into the alley then first left take it wide.”

“The food is great. Standing in line after I have already paid isn't. They only had 2 people working the online paid orders but 4 people for walk ins. I saw people come and go with their food as I had barely moved in my line. Other than that, they are great. They don't mention the Maple Sweet Potato Soufflé in the list below. That is actually my favorite side dish.”
“This is a small store. But they sell prepared food. Here there is often carnitas pozole, grilled chickens, tamales and stuffed chiles, clarifying that I have only been there on Saturdays and Sundays. I recommend visiting it. By pilar Caballero”
“I frequent Randy's at least once a month. I have never been disappointed. From steaks to corned beef, ribs, ground beef, and bakery goods . Their tuna salad is delicious as well. The butcher is extremely helpful and will special order items if needed. I have read in other reviews that they give him 1 star because of the ladies that work there, I've personally never had a problem but it's a meat market not a meet and greet!”

“I shop here all the time great meat great prices love the service ( always ask for the meat manager he’s the guy with glasses, lip piercing) he even shares recipes. Great cashiers always friendly!!!!!
The only negative I have to say is the way employees get treated I was there on several occasions and a polish old man was telling an employee he was worth less than the bottom of his shoes and recently I was there by the milk and heard when someone was screaming that they were a bunch of idiots and just cursing bad at them. sad that hard working employees get treated that way.”

“The prices here for produce can't be beat in my opinion. Some produce will be deep discounted and I assume may have a closer expiration date, but if you plan to eat things within 2-3 days you should be fine. Not all produce is discounted or close to their expiration, I'm just giving context on SOME discounted items. Either way I only shop here for my produce. Fruits and vegetables are a must buy from this place. I live in the neighborhood and this is always my go to place.
I don't really shop here for any other items. When I did look around for things such as cereal or milk they weren't the best pricing. I could go to Jewel Osco and get better pricing with the customer app for discounts.”
“This is a full service neighborhood grocery. There is also a lunch counter inside (tacos etc). There are several Mexican specialty items here as well. Full meat and deli counter as well.This is a neighborhood cornerstone. Whether you need ground beef for dinner or a quick lunch, this is your place.”
