“Arrive on Saturday parked into an empty dock call the number at the shipper door. They don’t open untill Saturday 11pm for overnight loads. Got unloaded quick since I was first. Also if you get there with trucks already parked into a dock be careful it’s a tight place to back into.”

“Dan at Crawford sausage Company was a great help today. Walked in bought a pound of Daisy brand hotdog in the casing of course the only way to go! This brings back many childhood memories, graduation parties, birthday parties. My family revolved around eating Daisy Brand hot dogs like at our get-togethers, I highly recommend stopping in And picking up a few pounds of anything they sell. It’s a great local family own business.”

“This spot is def a hidden gem. Not surprised that it was not found on yelp. When you walk in through the front it is a store front, but the real magic happens in the back. Everything from menudo, to home made tamales, to tacos can be ordered in the back. If you enjoy real home cooked Mexican food this is the place for you. I started off with a simple but delicious bean taco. It sounds easy but there's an art to it and when I tried to ask how they made the beans the answer was simple "secret recipe." Then I moved to the main dish, menudo. What a joy that was, simmering and quite delicious and then I finished the meal with homemade tamales. Guys if you're looking for authentic Mexican food this is the spot for you. Ask for Lola when you walk in. Like I said think of this spot as a speak easy of food, hidden gem is in the back. You can also ask Lola about catering.”

“Food is always good it's always nice and clean. The manger was so nice he took time explain different items on the menu. I actually went in for the chicken salad which is always good, but please easy on the celery and cranberry, but it's good. I walked out with 3 pack ham sliders which he convinced me to buy any they were delicious. Food is good customer service is excellent, the washrooms were very clean as well. Thanks for recommending the sliders. I'll be back for more chicken salad and sliders.”

“The guys here are fantastic to deliver to. They have no issue with helping to keep traffic from driving around you while you are backing in. Very fast at unloading. If you are delivering to them, listen to their advice on where you want your trailer tires to be when backing up. They told me that they had had people take up to 30 minutes(their words) because the driver knew more than them.”

“The prices here for produce can't be beat in my opinion. Some produce will be deep discounted and I assume may have a closer expiration date, but if you plan to eat things within 2-3 days you should be fine. Not all produce is discounted or close to their expiration, I'm just giving context on SOME discounted items. Either way I only shop here for my produce. Fruits and vegetables are a must buy from this place. I live in the neighborhood and this is always my go to place.
I don't really shop here for any other items. When I did look around for things such as cereal or milk they weren't the best pricing. I could go to Jewel Osco and get better pricing with the customer app for discounts.”
