Terrible experience it took two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation and they ended up breaking one of my wheel studs and I get sent away with my car pulling Extremely to the right. I would never recommend this location for anyone

Five months ago I ran over a curb and my car started driving funny. I told my husband and he assured me that nothing was wrong. Of course I've been driving my car over ten years and I know how it should feel. Finally after a piece was seen dragging underneath the car and it started making noises he took it into Midas! They took care of business. He was there for over seven hours because they had to order the part same day! I'm excited to say that Sonny is back riding smooth thanks to the Oak Lawn Midas team.

Anthony was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, informative, and very hospitable. Made sure I received a discount that for some reason the system wouldn’t process, to ensure I could afford all the services. Even made sure I didn’t spend extra paying for services I didn’t need. Really can’t thank him enough. People like him make it safe for the common layman to not be taken advantage of when gettin vehicle repairs. Big Kudos to him!!!!!

We came into Midas to have my car’s brake pads fixed and Anthony gave us an amazing experience with friendly service. Anthony was able to quickly get any issues fixed and helped us understand the process in a simple way. Definitely will be back!

My experience was amazing I went after my truck started to leak everything, not only did they fix all that I paid for but when above in beyond to make sure I knew what needed to be fix soon what I can hold off on. And they gave me the best price. Definitely a go to when I comes to my vehicle.

My husband and I have been long time customers of the Midas shop on 109th and Cicero. Car issues always seem to happen and the worst times - during this Artic weather we have been having, I had problems with a rear tire that seemed to have come off the rim. I called Midas after the State Farm Road Side Assistance left to find out if they could fix the tire. A very helpful representative explored my options and was able to find out when i had last purchased tires (2019). He emphasized safety was the issue and all tires may need to replaced. As it turned out, the tire was able to be fixed, and i had my car back within four hours. I appreciate thoughtful attention to my needs, and straightforwardness. I was impressed with the database that was able to pull up when i bought tires last, the cost of those tires, and the type of tire...helpful information to problem solve.
