I had a male tech and my polish lasted with no chipping for 2 weeks, both fingernails and toe nails.
Cleanliness: The business was clean. Staff used clean equipment for filing nails.

This is the SPOT!!! I can’t believe I’ve been driving all over the place when this is only 10 mins from Beverly?
I just moved here from the northside and it’s been so frustrating to find a good nail tech, quick, talented and the front desk service is so professional. I am impressed with the service and the ease of booking, calling ahead and no wait time. The music is fun and relevant. No loud talking or kids screaming.
AND MY NAILS ARE FIRE !!!
Thank you July for the best experience. The front desk girl was amazing too. I can’t wait to be back ❤️

GREAT SERVICE! I went here because I wanted a full set with complex design. They were able to accommodate all of my requests. I've never had such detail in my nails. 10/10 would recommend!

Requested style: Luxury Pedicure with No Chip #203 and Dip Hands #203 and gold nail art.
Cleanliness: Loved, Loved, Loved that every tool was either sealed or fresh out the package. Everyone in the salon was constantly cleaning up. Sweeping, washing towels, wiping down counter tops, washing their hands, and cleaning the pedicure areas.
Stylist: Mike did my pedicure and it was the best I ever had. Such attention to detail. Meticulous in every aspect. I loved that they were not the typical salon where they only allow X minutes, regardless of your needs.
I didn’t get the name of the young man who serviced my hands, however he was excellent as well. I can see that they take great pride in their work. I’ll definitely be back.

Horrible work and customer service. Based on my terrible experience I would never recommend anyone to pay for any service provided by miss nails in oak lawn. I would even deny a gift card to this place. I went in looking to get my current acrylics removed and wanted regular gell polish on my natural nails. No design just a color That's it. What I got was an over prized terrible quality job that i didn't even ask for, TWICE! The owner who did my nails, decided to do builder gell even though I clearly asked for regular gell polish to two different people, the person who removed my acrylics (she was the only person who was nice and understanding ) and him when he took over. I clearly stated I only wanted gell polish, I even confirmed it would be regular gell polish when I asked for a chrome finish. I can understand that the nails didn't come out good and that many factors could have attributed to that, from poor technique to old product. However when I kindly asked if they could just remove the builder gell all together and refund me half of the money they refused. It would have only been $35 dollars! Because they had the audacity to charge me $70 for a bad job on something I didn't ask for. The owners wife blabbered something about how they wont refund for a service they provided. So client beware they will up charge you for terrible service and that's on you not them. I figured I might as well try to get my nails fixed so that I wasn't just paying $70 for no nails and bad attitude from owners who can handle feedback provided extremely nicely. The nice lady who originally removed my acrylics was going to fix my nails and I'm 100% positive had she done it I would have left super happy. But the owner came back and his ego took over he pushed the lady aside and did a bad job again. It took alot for me to even ask for them to get the gell removed and for them to consider a refund so when he didn't bother to remove the builder gell and do a bad job again, I gave up all hope and left. If they would like to reach out and refund me that would be great.
