They sold me a faulty phone and will not honor their warranty very very unprofessional very very disrespectful and I would never recommend them ever. They are a scam. And now they have the faulty phone and won't give it back to me so I can go get it fixed somewhere else. Legal actions are going to be taken. Tried calling several times they would hang up or just let it ring. It took several weeks before I received my phone They still have part of my product the charger ear buds and box. They sent back the phone unprotected and got damaged even more. End up just buying another phone because of the faulty phone and damages they cause when they sent it back unprotected cost to much to fix.

It was apparent from the extensively marred screen cover on the allegedly "new" phone this company attempted to sell me in an opened box, this was was a used and re-sold phone. Moreover, despite being supposedly "unlocked," it would not connect to Verizon service even with a new Verizon sim card. I highly suspect that their explanation that they buy in bulk and must inspect before re-sale is disingenuous. At least they processed my demand for a refund promptly.

They offer best quality cellphones and tablets. they helped me troubleshoot my wifi and got it to work. customer rep stayed with me for over 30 minutes working on it and eas very polite. thanks adam for your help

**Original purchase Feb 2020** This company is unethical in their practices. They sell "new" phones that are actually aftermarket refurbs. Buyer beware!! We had an iPhone 8 from them that barely lasted a few months. They would not answer our messages on Ebay. They picked up the phone when we called them to try and work out an exchange and the lady there hung up on us twice and then stopped answering the phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Please don't make the mistake that we did. **2/12/21 UPDATE** After "Patrick" responded to my bad Google review last week I followed his instructions and reached out to O&M so that he could quote "make things right". I emailed them on their eBay account. They did not respond. I called their store and left a detailed voicemail. They did not respond. I called and talked to the same lady that hung up on me in the past, and she always had an excuse when I asked for the owner Patrick...."he's in a sales meeting" or "he just stepped out". It's so obvious that they don't care about their customers, their products or their reputation. Did anyone else notice that Patrick's responses to poor reviews are simply copy & paste BS? Please keep "liking" and adding 1 star reviews for this joke of a company so that hopefully they'll go out of business while their more honest competitors flourish.

They got me too. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OM-WIRELES/Electronics! I wasn't savy enough on how to check the legentimacy after buying a so called New Note 10+ on Ebay. Started using the phone a couple of weeks after waiting on proper phone protection. Started having phone quality call issues shortly after. I knew that should not be happening with a new phone. Checked Youtube and made a few calls, discovered the phone was refurbished. I was about seven days to late for Ebay refund guarantee. I disputed the case with Paypal Credit/Synchrony bank in September, I am still fighting for my refund. They do not appear to operate like Chase Bank or other credit card companies. Working through the process is frustrating for me mostly due to there is no way to speak directly to anyone in disputes and vague general resolution responses. Proof from the manufacturer the phone was repaired less than a weeks before being sold to me does not appear to be enough. I never thought I would be fighting this hard. I don't feel protected as a consumer. Protect yourself by not making the same mistake. Buy your electronics directly from the manufacturer or reputable electronic store.

Bought *NEW* iPhone X for $610. Not “NEW Open Box” for $529. I paid the $610 for the advertised BRAND NEW one. Received the phone and was not wrapped in plastic (At the time I was unaware they came that way new in store) Appeared to be a brand new phone in the box. Upon opening the phone to set it up, I dropped and smashed my phone. The screen and the back glass had broken. I sent it off to a business to get repaired and was done successfully. Afterwards I tried getting Apple Care + and Apple informed me that it was NOT a new phone. I then contacted the repair shop and the gentleman informed me that the screen that was broken was NOT an OEM Apple Screen and it did NOT have a OEM Apple battery. Buying a “BRAND NEW” phone from OM Wireless is your receiving someone’s old broken phone, restored to “Like New” and paying those brand new prices. No OLED Screen and cheap battery made in China!

You guys are liars and cheaters just got back from ******* authorized center( Ubreakifix ) and they said phone had replacement screen. I'm not going to allow this to happen and will reach out to **** and ******* Also will find where you're bussnies is and shame you guys for this crappy lying. It is listed that phone is new and unopened. But you're company refurbishing them. Will start blasting you guys as soon as possible They sold phone as unopened new. Turns out had no manufacturer warranty and had parts replaced
