I CANNOT reccomend these guys enough!! Z saw me stranded on the side of the road and beat the other tow i had dispatched, he was very clear and conceise about what needed to happen and very very helpful! He took me to their shop and even offered to find me another ride to my destination 1000000/10 would use them for any towing needs i ever have in the future.

It is now going on 1:00AM WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
if u use triple A and they connect you with this company; ASK FOR ANOTHER TOW COMPANY

Ashamed Hadid was very helpful with towing. My battery was not working and key was jammed and not only did he fix those problems he made sure I got home safely by following me.

scam towing company, do not use. Charged me 1000.00 to get my car out which was there for only 1 day. Stay away!

Official Towing of Oak Lawn is the best towing service there is. On Friday night February 16th around 10:00 PM, my car broke down in Forest Park across the street from the Walmart on Roosevelt & Desplaines. My engine shut off while I was driving due to my 3rd cylinder failing to compress; my car died in the middle of the road. I was trying to get road side assistance via my insurance but I couldn’t get through to a representative or towing service. After half an hour of sitting in a cold car while people are driving like maniacs around me (someone even hit my side mirror not even 10 minutes into parking) , a tow truck from Official Towing was exiting the Walmart and he saw us on the side of the road. He quickly put on his lights and drove over to us, talked to us and offered to give us a tow to a repair shop. He told us to sit in his truck while he gets everything situated so we could warm up. He recommended an auto repair shop in Cicero that is only 1 mile away from our home so the walk home wouldn’t be too bad. He drove us to my bank which was somewhat out of the way so we could pay him a very reasonable price. He made friendly conversation with us and recommended a restaurant that we passed by! He even called his boss to let him know that he would be late for his next assignment because he’s giving us roadside assistance; essentially, he made it very clear that we were a priority. I will make sure that I always utilize Official Towing anytime that I need a tow, and I will recommend them to anyone that needs assistance. I will forever be grateful for the help that they provided.

l my car used towing service today with this company but the work that he done for me was so amazing, he help , he understand, he is more pacific and patient. I never get that kind driver towing who help customers. Thank you for him it's name is HAMADA( good guy)

I commute through this road frequently. Their drivers can be so reckless! Double parked in a way that they take up the entire street or leave very little room for passing vehicles. Turn corners so fast or run stop signs that they nearly slam into you. This happens with or without a towed vehicle loaded. So ridiculous smh

Usually towing companies are rude hence the profession they are in is tough ,but this company will shock you . The professional way they deal with the clients their team is super nice , always on time which is the best in my opinion , reasonable prices . I call them for my semi truck break downs and for any regular cars emergency. They never failed me. By far best towing company in Chicago .

A Theft, we called to ask if we should register the vehicle and they said that as long as it remained in the visitor parking lot and stayed less than 24 hours, it should not be reported. I was surprised that the same day I called and made the inquiry, they took my vehicle. They are thieves, arrogant and shameless, and the receptionist who was there at dawn was disrespectful. One more thief.
