I’ve had repeated issues with your self-wash services over the past month. On my first visit, the stations were extremely dirty, and the water pressure was too high, hurting my dog. When I asked for a reimbursement, I was told I couldn’t get one since I “used” the station. On two later visits, I arrived well before your listed closing time but was turned away—once because the stations were closed an hour early and again due to early closure for no clear reason. Keep in mind BOTH times I got there at around 7:15-7:30pm and the store closed at 9. It takes me no longer than 20-30 min to wash my dog.
I’ve now wasted my time on three visits and paid for a service I haven’t been able to use. This has been frustrating and unfair.

I went in looking for cat toys, specifically a laser toy. Something my kitten would get hours of joy from and I don't have to do anything. Unfortunately you only had the handheld light.
I appreciate the cashier greeting us as we walked in the door.

Took my dog there for grooming we usually go to the buffalo grove location. The ladies in the back were rather less than desirable in attitude. I was trying to calm my dog down and was told I would only be making her more anxious. Left a sour note in my mouth my poor dog was crying in the back and she never had done that at other locations.
Would just wish they’d be more friendly … store was good , spent 250 and left with all my new goodies ! 10/23/2024

I had a good experience here as a first time customer I was a bit nervous leaving my Mocha to be groomed. We came in and was greeted by the cashier with a good morning smile, the place was clean and the groomer did a fantastic job with my yorkie who was a hot mess. Keep-up the good work.

Always a wonderful experience! Employees are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The store always has what I’m looking for in stock (really rarely would I shop somewhere else for my dog needs). Same day delivery is always a plus and fast! Love to get hand written notes and jokes from the employees, always makes my day! Love the coupons and reward programs they have. Dog self service wash station is amazing/clean (imagine you don’t have to dirty your own bathtub? Wow, I know) and they also have grooming services if you need that service. Overall, a wonderful experience that I’ve been having here for the last 4 years :)

on October 14, 2024 ... i came into the store to purchase a few thing for my cats ... i came pretty far and the reason why is because my previous EXPERIENCE| was AWESOME... BUT on this day ...OMG.. THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS VERY RUDE... the cashier was wonderful..
this is what happened the previous cashier didn't register me in the system to received any discount.
.my purchase was not much but i wanted any coupons or email to be sent to me about sales items. when i asked for the manager to explained his attitude was HORRIBLE.. I ASKED FOR HIS DISTRICT MANAGER NUMBER HIS RESPONDED WAS I CAN'T GIVE YOU THAT...
I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER ...HE TOLD THE CASHIER TO GO ON THE WEBSITE TO GIVE ME THE 1800 NUMBER..
WILL I BE COMING BACK....
