❗️❗️❗️I warn parents DO NOT go here with children!!! I had a very bad experience in this laboratory. They tried to take blood from one arm, pricked 3 times, then the same from the other arm - the result - we have to come back AgAiN, because we could not do anything.😥go to another place because it is hopeless here, only psychological trauma for the child. ⛔️The nurse's gloves were constantly tearing because of her very long nails, it's terrible, she continued the procedure with bare fingers and very long nails, I'm worried that there will be no infection. ❌take care of your health!🌸

I have visited this office, and other offices with Quest, and have noticed that your employees are not very friendly or customer service oriented, they always seem like their being bothered by the patients / customers.
I really don't care for your self-check in, platform, while I understand that it reduces the costs for your company, I feel that Quest Diagnostics works more like a cash register service mentality.
The Oaklawn location I visited for my Lab Testing felt uneasy. I observed an older black lady (NO NAME TAG) working and calling out patients name for service, her demeaner seemed very short and not personal. I had the fortune of having a nicer employee with a seeming good demeaner and attitude (Young black lady, again no name tag) who greeted me and walk me through the process.
I was in the waiting room and also reviewed your Customer Reviews, for this location and understand why so many people gave this particular location BAD REVIEWS.
I understand that you can't please everyone, but a majority of reviews for your company are extremely negative and mostly regarding your employees, those are severe RED FLAGS.
I hope corporate management takes action, obviously management, and employee adjustments need to be made here!
The services for the most part get done, but once in a while I have to call up for test results because information was not sent to my medical provider.
Hopefully Quest will improve, otherwise, I'll just pay the additional lab fees at my doctor's office and avoid the poor service at Quest Diagnostics.

This is my second poor experience at the location in Oak Lawn. I usually do not write reviews but after two bad experiences I had to post a review. Staff is rude. I visited this location both times on a Saturday morning, between 8-9. Each time the lab tech had a nasty attitude. No need to go into details but the leadership team should have a conversation with the staff. A simple good morning, maybe a smile, maybe allowing their patient to finish a sentence before rudely interjecting. Needless to say I just left without having my testing done and I will never visit this location again.

Your appointment setting and check in tools are atrocious. Cold, unfeeling machines make the patients feel like cogs on an assembly line. Plus it took four attempts to make the appointment because the chat bot on the phone is incapable of understanding names with more than one syllable. Get some humans in there!

I love the convience of Quest locations but dislike being unable to talk with a person when issues arrive with billing. Way too "automated"

There is never a disappointment at that location. My veins are very stubborn and every time they try to get blood work at the my Drs office the poke me at least 4 or 5 times and never anay luck. At Quest I am in and out. The staff there is amazing over all. From the time I walk in to the time I finish they give exceptional service.

I have labs drawn monthly at Quest and I won’t go anywhere else. The ladies are so wonderful and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I am a difficult stick due to years of Diabetes and complications due to Diabetes but the ladies are so patient and gentle. I am so grateful to each one for their kind, compassionate care!
