Had a very positive experience beginning to end. I had a ring resized, links taken from a watch band, a clasp fixed on an heirloom bracelet and an earring fixed. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the prices were beyond fair! Will gladly be going back for my future jewelry maintenance needs.
