This Shell has the potential to be much better. Apart from better Customer Service they need to stop closing their pumps down when Shell Rewards is having a good discount. The past 4 Shell Rewards 20 cent a gallon discount all the pumps have been conveniently out of order. Do they really think customers are not going to notice the pattern. Reward your loyal customers from time to time. We pay $1.00/galon on average more in IL than in other States around the area.

Great gas when they work, I prefer Shell for my car. But one of the most inconvenient gas stations ever. Pumps are often down or sometimes they only take cash instead of card.
