“My wife and I went in to Staples to create wedding invitations. Our wedding invitations needed to be a certain size. McKenzie is honestly the best employee at that store. She made sure the Sizes were correct. She was extremely helpful and polite. We need more people like her around.”

“Chris. What a guy. Went out of his way to help us buy the things we needed. I am not from around here but if I were visit this place again, it’d be for him. Kudos to him.”

“I appreciate the employees in this location beyond words. I use this post office constantly to renew my passport, and sending packages a couple of times a week. Every time I visit this location, they are curteous, kind, and helpful. I went in recently & felt so bad for the employees because it was over 95 degrees out & the ac was out. They were still so kind, when I was annoyed just dropping off packages for a few minutes. I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to give props to them for being so positive in such an annoying situation.”

“Today was a great experience, the manager/supervisor at the location acknowledged me although he was w another customer. He helped me with my return, and even taped the return label that was missing. Thanks for your kindness and hardwork sir. This is the experience that every customer should get. I will definitely continue to visit this location as they are helpful, friendly and willing to help.”

“Ordered an item from Walmart.com and it was damaged. I was instructed to drop it off at the nearest FedEx facility which was this location. I found a parking spot and entered the facility. I was greeted promptly by a lady named Lisa who was professional, courteous and nice. She explained that she was going to print a label after scanning the QR code and that I'll get a receipt for transaction with a tracking #. I read multiple reviews about how unprofessional this facility was/is. Well I can say I got superb service by a lady with sum "funky" glasses(lol). U rock Lisa!!”
